Sima is not just brilliant at what she does, she is also very caring. Mine was a straightforward case, which went in a direction I did not anticipate at the final hearing. She was straightforward, very knowledgeable, and did not fall victim to the opposite counsels dirty and intimidating tactics. She got me and my kids a fantastic result, given the circumstances, and I would definitely ask her to represent me again.

Sima is truly A diamond in the rough. Her pragmatic reasoning and tenacity yield results in ways that many cannot compete with. I instructed half a dozen Solicitors and Barristers throughout my very complex proceedings but none of them were able to truly make an impact in the way that Sima did.

Most Legal professionals I encountered appeared to me, to be interested only with the ceremony of the legal process rather than providing actual solutions and chess moves in order to bring about true justice. Sima is different. She will work the chess board to bring about justice in a timely and cost efficient manor.

If I were to experience this again, I would either have Sima representing me or represent myself. I did not encounter another legal professional with practical legal skills that I would value over my own ability to make a point in court.

Sima will fight for you with the same energy and urgency that you feel which is incredibly valuable both from a legal and mindful perspective. At times during legal proceedings it can feel like you are going nowhere and that there is no hope, no justice. If there is any hope, Sima will help you realise it.

My only disappointment is that there are not more Legal Professionals like Sima. Good and honest, intelligent professionals who really care about their clients plights and apply that energy to seeking justice.

I'm a father who asked for Sima's help at the final hearing in one of the Withshire's courtrooms (via "direct access", emailing her directly). I know it's going to sound like one of those phrases from advertising billboards, but I will say it anyway - Sima has changed my and my daughter's life. Thank you. Long story short - before the final hearing: false accusations of domestic violence, false accusations of negligence done by team of 4 (!) solicitors & barrister from opposing side. After the final hearing (thanks to Sima and her talent to focus magistrates attention): all allegations put to "one side" and hearing was concentrating on what is the best for our child, not what is the best for mother. Outcome: "lives with" order for BOTH parents and no more controlling behaviour from mother's side (I hope). Thank you, Sima. I will repeat- Thank you, Sima.

I went from no contact with every allegation under the sun raised!! The moment Sima stepped in for the first hearing, despite the lies being told against me being serious, I got contact ordered immediately!! The second hearing Sima attended, allegations were withdrawn and I was given overnight contact every weekend. Sima stepped in and honestly controlled every hearing, her knowledge and experience is what made her fierce in court!! I know everyone’s case is different but she is the difference you are going to need!! She and her team are very understanding that everyone’s financial situation is different and honestly do try their best to accommodate. I was happy with the price, service and outcome from instructing Sima, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I worked with Sima over sometime to finalise a very challenging divorce settlement. From the first hearing Sima was meticulous in grasping the material facts of the case and ensuring she represented my best interests and that of my children at all times.
