Very disappointing experience. The Barrister did not focus on the potential matter I asked him to. He agreed to a follow up call in which he asked me to send more information so that he could assess matters properly and then completely ignored requests for feedback. I felt it was all about getting paid and then doing as little as possible

Chowdhury went beyond my expectations in delivering outstanding service. Even more than what I had planned to put forward to courts. He completely had my best interests in mind and pushed even whilst facing objections and obstacles, from what I believed was a difficult situation.
Thank you so much for your support Chowdhury. If, me, family or friend come across such difficulties I will be sure to recommend you.

They really need to review their front line customer service . The guy i spoken too, who i can't name is very rude, bad and unprofessional. Not even interested in people's case.

I highly recommend Colette Chester’s she is so hardworking and supportive she is truly passionate about what she does and transparent. Paul Dipre was beyond comprehension of his straight talking and ability to quantify the risks to us, he went in my opinion far beyond what I would expect. We spoke on Teams less than 24 hours before a three day trial and I honestly believe he did not sleep to understand a very obvious case to us, but a very complex situation to someone that had not lived through the nightmare we had lived for seven years. He then continued to both question and support us through the trial, acting in a rediculously professional manner as opposed to our opponents. Bad experience altogether. I was massively overcharged for drafting a letter and then the barrister didn’t even bother to post the original to me, just emailed me a copy, in spite of my requests.

I contacted dozens of chambers while searching for a direct access barrister to represent us in court, and I spoke to many different clerks and representatives along the way. Out of all of them, Thomas Shepherd at Barrister Connect.com stood out by far.

Great, affordable service for instructing a barrister. I received a call from Adam, who was friendly, approachable, and very helpful. He provided me with a range of reasonable quotes for different barristers, which made the process straightforward.

I would not recommend. I wrote a review that was quite long and detailed. But barrister direct complained because I named the barrister who did a bad job and the barristers aid who was equally bad, so the review got removed. Here I am again.

Just be warned that its luck of the draw who you get, it didn't feel like the barrister wanted to help us but was more interested in getting off the phone (even though we paid what we thought was a high amount for 30-45 minutes £600), when I raised a complaint and requested a new barrister I was practically begged to give the guy another chance (via the barristers aid) and felt a bit bullied. I should have stuck to my guns because after the 2nd call I felt no better off.

As a side note I have seen plenty of complaints about the barrister we complained about on here but for some reason those reviews are still up.
