We had an amazing time this weekend and it was all thanks to Simba! The car was solid, affordable, and the whole process was quick and easy. We did have a tyre blow out during the trip, but they handled it brilliantly — the return was completely stress-free and they came to the party by refunding the cost of the tyre since it wasn’t our fault, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the team down on South Road, absolutely fantastic to deal with and made the whole experience even better. Thanks heaps, Simba!

I had a shocking experience booking yhe car hire through booking.com and being unable to change the driver details. Simba were so helpful and were able to sort out another vehicle for me at the last hour. Will never book car hire through booking.com again and will ensure to book directly with the car company

Very good Car. We had a great family time. Aircon, comfy moving under any whether, enough room for luggage, very economic hibrid option. Good experience and convenient for a first time visiting in Cairns.

Seamless pick up and transfer from the airport terminal to the car hire office. We spent a bit of time at the office working out insurance (would recommend making sure you book insurance directly through Simba). The cars we hired were pretty new, clean, and had low mileage. Drop off was a breeze, with immediate transfer back to the airport. Thanks Simba!

When I returned the car and checked the car they just told me to get to there office without further investigation or inspection because they found out a scratch on the car and they think it's new I told them it's an old one and I showed them the picture they started raising there voice later then they found out it was an old one. Get me frustrated when they said that without me asking if it's a new or old one.
