Had to return designer items because they were fake. Many items are more damaged then they make out.

terrible, I bought a Ninja kettle advertised as a customer return, when I opened the product I was shocked by the amount of limescale inside, clearly a product that had been used for a long time, unusable, not even suitable as a donation, the customer service is terrible, they do not accept any complaints, the company's rules are only aimed at profit, there is no return policy, they make false ads to steal your money, if they advertised a used product I certainly would not buy it, so they deceive you and keep your money
Admin reply once and then disregard emails. These are returned items and usually have the previous purchasers details on the boxes or worse still a letter with someone bank details on.
I did find the man at Sk6 very helpful but emails with no name as a response just hiding in a back room and won't come out to speak to you it's appalling.
Don't get me started on a glitch and a bit added was hundreds of pounds over what I typed. Again admin ignored the email.
NEVER buy electrical items from this place. Most of them donât work, and there is no return policy. I bought five items, such as a jet wash, trimmer, lawn mower, etc., and I was so pissed off when I realised none of them worked.

Iâve had a few boxes now from the auction centre. First one was delivered two days after the auction ending - I was over the moon via dpd. The next one came 2-3 days after which was still no biggie. Iâm now on day 4 after payment and the parcel still says weâre waiting to receive it on dpds tracking - on Simon Charles they say itâs left the auction centre?? Well apparently not.
Simon Charles also say we aim to pack and post your order within 24 hours after payment. I paid as soon as the auction ended - thereâs just no concern for customer - they just keep turning over so please be aware, they take ages to post - pretty much a week from purchase to delivery but charge £30-40 for the privilege if you buy 2 boxes.
Rude manager at Hanforth.he has no skills in customer service, just downright rude and aggressive. He has no answers for the broken crap he sells, therefore aggressive behaviour takes over. Shame on the company that employ him. Anger management is the way forward.
I don't know about other people's experience but mine was great auctions are good priced what I ordered was well worth it polite staff for a first time buyer I couldn't have had a better experience will be buying again very soon
The reviews dont fairly reflect the company and staff. They sell returned goods that may be faulty or incomplete and the condition is stated on each lot. Ive had some great items and some not so great but I have always known the risk. I recently purchased some clothes that were not authentic. They refunded me all my costs and paid for the postage to return the items. Excellent service and some bargains to be had.
Received the completely wrong item. To make matters worse, the staff I contacted for assistance were very unhelpful in resolving the issue.
Very terrible company. Ordered for item above £200 and got delivered the wrong item now i am not getting a refund. Please stay away and do not patronise if you don't want your money hanging.

I don't get why this has bad reviews as so far everything has been amazing. I ordered a toaster which was delivered within 2 working days via DPD and it was brand new. I also spent about £700 on a few items and everything was perfect. I drove from London to Cheshire and one of the workers 'Martin' was amazing, provided 10/10 service and made the whole journey worth it. Will continue to use their service. Also to add, i also did the whole £200 deposit to remove the limit for me to bid, within 2 minutes i had unlimited bidding. I also requested for a refund and got it within 3-5 working days. Don't listen to these bad reviews. Give it a try with something small before making judgement.

Used this company a few times and its a bit hit and miss, however the last purchase I made was for boxed items which your were unable to check due to there auction label covering the seal on the box. I made the purchase for a few of the items on a postal only basis. The items arrived and to my horror the boxes were empty. Emailed Simon Charles and had no reply, however I have now been banned from bidding by them.
Great service from the staff at Handforth warehouse especially Martin who brought out a large sofa in 2 parts for us.
Been using this company for a while and generally been ok until recently . Bought an item which turned out to be a different version of what was pictured/described . On contacting customer as I live about 90 minutes away I was told I should have checked the item before I left and there was nothing they were willing to do . Customer support wise at times with this place is shocking

Literally every item that's junk will be in the pallets. Complete and utter junk,basically you are paying silly money to get rid of the rubbish for them. They make you take every bit of packaging too,what company makes you take away the cardboard and the wrapping. Please avoid
Read the FAQ, do your homework, and don't expect to get something for nothing, Its so simple, never understand why people struggle so much with buying from auction.

Customer service for the company is a joke. I won a few auctions and tried to pay. Their system said there were errors and to address the highlighted areas - nothing was highlighted and all details were correct. I contacted them and got a standard piece explaining that all auctions must be paid for etc etc. I explained that their system wasn't letting me do it and they sent the exact same response back! Obviously no interest in doing anything to assist. I won't be trying again.
Damaged goods always!! The description says not checked but come on the damage is so obvious to these items, they need to be more transparent! Steer clear!
