They have great products. I only order glass pieces from them. Their glass is thick, durable, and never disappoints.

I ordered two glass bongs, the four and eight inch. I was in love when opened. Beautiful, especially the larger one. However, after using I got a stomach ache. Smoked again later, stomach ache. Then I smelled it. It stank of something similar to gasoline, and made me heave when I smelled it confirming that was what was making me sick. Reached out to customer support.
Update: I did reach out to customer service, and they immediately offered a return label, but said I have to wait for them to receive it and possibly send it away before I get a refund. Definitely not satisfied.
Second update: they did reach out and offer my refund when they saw tracking, which is all I wanted. The CS was quick to respond, and I'm satisfied with my dissatisfaction.

Came a day after the site shipping said and a day before fedex said. One was cracked and the hole on the bowl is super flat on all so, no ridge/ lip to give you an idea of where the top is while you use it.

I shop exclusively here because of the quality of the products. They are top notch, I couldn’t be happier about the oil burner pipes, they last and last. Oh btw, I am a user of these products, no fake here.

This was my 1st time ordering from SGP. I ordered 5 different items. Their website is pretty easy to use. They have a pretty good selection & are reasonably priced. I was able to place my order with ease. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process(notified me of the status , tracking info & notified me when my order had arrived in my mailbox. Most of the items arrived in a decent timely fashion. What REALLY mattered the most to me & made these guys stand out as a wonderful company, that I WILL be doing business with again, is when my order arrived there was a broken item & an item I didn't receive. I emailed Simple Glass & they promptly replied & are sending me replacements for my damaged & missing item. Mistakes happen, They apologized & made it right & that's what is important & matters the most. These guys know how to treat their customers & I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I actually stumbled across this place on accident a few years ago maybe 2021 and haven’t bought from any other supplier since and it’s one day out from 2026. The prices are great if you look close most of their items come two or more per order so you see a bubble for like 15 bucks well you’re getting two or three of em not one. Quality glasss most of which feels hand blown with creativity. A def plus is that they have good packaging my mailman likes to play soccer with packages lol oh and they’re located in Texas I believe so shipping to the Bay Area California just 3–4 days for to hit my mailbox if I’m using the free option, I have paid for speedier methods once or twice 2-3 day shipping and I realized that I don’t need to. if I order early enough in the day they get out same say I’ve never waited more
Than 4 days even tho they quote 5-7. I’m sure being located right in the middle of the country helps the most orders reach their destinations in just about the same amount of time.. there’s no minimum order i just buy a piece at a time although I have done larger orders but never a bulk order I bet they’re come down on the price for a bulk order if you asked they seem very customer first which in a world of AI and bots and all that crappy millenials hiding behind a keyboard, it’s nice to see a company take ownership and accountability which makes me stay loyal to the guys. They deserve a chance to earn your business exclusively.

Easy fast shipping, quality product, simple checkout , discreet.

They cancelled my order and claimed the transaction was declined. I contacted my bank, no declines. I contacted customer service, they now claimed chargeback history was the reason. I have all of my emails and transaction receipts and I can prove this has never happened once. They are either being lazy or there’s some other motivation for not fulfilling this order but the problem lies with them, not me.

Find another site to save yourself a headache.

The ease of shopping and navigating the site is ultimately the goal of all parties. That said, satisfaction achieved. There's a rather modest selection of various methods and uses for any consumer to choose from. Cleaning products to conversation pieces, I'd say that nearly every base is covered. My order was recieved, picked, and shipped same day, again, satisfaction achieved. The prices are fairly low considering the ease and discreet avenue of online shopping, so that's a huge plus. I'd say today is hands down a big win for team Good-to-Go and I'll be shopping here again, guaranteed!

I expected a longer shipping period but it was expedited very fast. The quality is superb and priced nicely to match the piece.
