Excellent service once again , twice in 6 months ! . Won’t hesitate in using Simply Car Mats in the future. Customer service second to none and the boot liner fits perfectly! 👍. Shame the experience of the new car hasn’t been the same , but that’s a different story !!!

Not the cheapest of products but impressed with quality and fit of the boot space liner. Very quick turnaround and great support from customer service team also I’m excellent.

Customer service is top notch with a product to match! I had to ask a question and delayed an order wait for a photo from the car garage, this left less time to get the product made and they still managed to get it to me in time. The quality of fitting is unreal, cheap things don’t compare and an even more expensive version from a car manufacturer (Land Rover on my mums car) doesn’t even seal the edges properly unlike these guys version that’s perfect!!

I ordered the premium rubber mats for a VW Multivan. The delivery was fine and the mats are very well made and correctly sized.
However, the smell given off from the rubber was overpowering within the vehicle.
I have removed the mats, rinsed them off, left them hanging in the fresh air for a week and then used a solution of vinegar that apparently can get rid of the smell. At this moment I am not sure how successful this has been, if not I will have to request that they are swapped out for fabric ones.

Too long waiting for ordered item to arrive

Exceptionally good and friendly service and an excellent product. I placed the order for a boot liner late but hoped it might arrive for Christmas. It arrived with time to spare, well packed, beautifully made and a perfect fit for the BMW. Many thanks to Jeff at Simply Car Mats!

Despite the boot liner being advertised as bespoke to my car, the seat backing cover didn’t fit around the headrests which was disappointing as the lining kit was expensive.

I recently purchased a set of “Ultra Deluxe” car mats and a boot mat for my Ford S-Max 7-seater from Simply Car Mats, at a total cost of £176.

Upon receipt of the order, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the items supplied. The mats are very lightweight and do not resemble, in either appearance or feel, what would reasonably be described as “Ultra Deluxe”. In particular, the rubber on the driver’s mat is kinked and poorly finished, giving an overall impression of a cheap and inferior product.

Given the price paid and the way the product is described, the items are clearly not of satisfactory quality.

I contacted Simply Car Mats immediately upon receipt to request a return, refund. I was informed that this was not possible because the mats were “custom made”. I was also advised and I quote 'the carpets are designed for automotive use with good resistance to abrasion. They will not be soft like domestic carpets but prove to be much more durable'. I was not expecting domestic style carpet but was expecting, 'Ultra Deluxe' considering how much I paid.

I have since sent several follow-up emails and left my phone number but have received no response. There is also no telephone number available to allow me to discuss this matter, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not believe my emails have gone into spam; rather, it appears that once payment was taken and the goods delivered, there has been no interest in resolving a legitimate complaint.

If your response to my post was actually the case I would not have had to post a review on Trustpilot 🤔. There is a very definite thread of emails with no contact from yourselves.

Poor quality - the boot liner is super thin and is not a great fit for my Range Rover (spoke to Simply Car Mats, but they just asserted that it fits). The sides are secured with sticking tape (!) which has already started to fail. Certainly not worth the money

Easy to navigate the website, select car and model I wanted. Email communication fast and straightforward. Order confirmed and shipped in a couple of days and simply installed in my car!
