Unfortunately this was my first and last time using this company.
I initially tried to place an order, but the website kept continually crashing. I stubbornly persevered (in hindsight, wish I hadn't!)
Then almost got charged twice as the initial charge had not been confirmed.
I also did not receive a confirmation email. I decided to phone directly to enquire if my order was successful, which it was. Also when to expect the order?
The lady I spoke to was really lovely. My only positive experience.
When I received my items....the shelf life was appalling!! Unfortunately I will not be able to use them all as the shelf life was only a few months!!! The amount I purchased should have lasted me at least 12 months.... A VERY EXPENSIVE negative waste of time and money.!!!

Fabulous service from start to finish. I telephoned regarding a holiday I had seen online on the Tui and Virgin holidays websites. I gave Hayes travel agents in Keighley West Yorkshire a call on the off chance; to enquire if they could offer Tui holidays? I was greeted with such a friendly welcome over the phone. Very professional, helpful and super friendly. Unfortunately I couldn't book the holiday I was looking at as it was too soon on their system...(I tend to book very early)
...As Hayes had made such a great impression, I telephoned a week later regarding a different vacation. I was met with the same super friendly, helpful and genuinely caring manner. My holiday was booked over the telephone and all details were emailed to me, plus a paper copy I requested...which is fabulous as nowadays it's very difficult to get anything as a 'hard copy'.
The travel agent I spoke with was a lady called Elaine. Elaine is a credit to Hayes Travel agents and as a result I will be booking many future holidays through this branch in Keighley.
Amazing service from beginning to end, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking to book a vacation and is unsure who to choose in the plethora of companies put there on the market.

Fabulous service from start to finish.
Initially checked online currency exchange rate, telephoned local branch to enquire about collection service. Spoke with a lovely, helpful friendly lady named 'Zoe'. I ordered and paid for my foreign currency which is really easy and straightforward to choose currency, nearest collection branch and pay all online. Received a text same day that currency was ready to collect. I simply needed my order number and a form of ID at the local branch.
Very impressed with service and will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

We have booked our vacation destinations through Tui for over 15 years. Unfortunately due the recent pandemic our nearest Keighley branch has now permanently closed. We had got to know the staff there extremely well so were naturally disappointed and upset for them. We decided to try the Halifax branch which is much further away than...but we feel we have made the right choice. The staff here are friendly, helpful and take their time to make you feel valued. We have visited in person and spoken over the phone and subsequently booked another holiday which we are looking forward to. We look forward to using the Tui Halifax branch again in the future.

I placed an order for two bottles of perfume. I saved over half the original price and postage was free!!* Amazing service, the fragrances arrived within a week and were wonderfully packaged. I would totally recommend this company and look forward to ordering further fragrances in the future.
