A* Service

Great customer service with efficient communication. Good quality products in a very short time frame. All those I spoke with and had interactions with in the company were very helpful and supportive.
I would definitely recommend using Simply Print, I will be a returning customer!

Super professional and helpful. I'd recommend to anyone

Phoned up in a fluster as needed missing posters for my cat delivered asap. Dipen was super helpful and made the process of getting the posters printed and delivered to Maidenhead that day super easy and simple. Their efficiency meant i could be out at 6am the next morning puting the posters up and through letter boxes. The posters themselves were really good quality too - i chose the cheapest paper option and was really surprised by just how good the quality was. I'd recommend SimplyPrint to everyone and would definitely use them again (ps, for anyone wondering my cat came home 2 days later, injured but ok!)

Excellent service

Excellent service! Simply print helped me with my design work and produce my labels extremely quickly, 3 days from startvto finish. The labels are really good quality and look very professional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Simply print and will certainly tell my friends about them. Angela.

Excellent quality and customer service

I was very impressed with the quality of labels and customer service. They were extremely helpful with choosing the product and setting up the order. The delivery was very fast. A life-saver just before Christmas!

DO NOT USE. Printed booklets arrived late

Printed booklets arrived late, not once but twice! The whole order eventually arrived 9 days late, when they were specifically needed for an event. Customer service were rude and refused a refund

UPDATE:
I have now taken a look at the history of this order. It looks like when you placed the order, you had asked us to dispatch this job on Monday 19th October for delivery the same day using a same day service.
We had asked you on Friday 16th, if you needed it by a certain time but only received the reply that you needed them by 5pm after we had closed (over an hour after we had closed).
We saw this reply as soon as we got in at 9am on Monday. When we contacted you, we advised you that printed had started (as you approved the proof Friday afternoon) and we were trying to get
this job completed at around 3pm depending on if there were any issues with production. We also advised you to go for a more expensive direct van service - to which you agreed.
We also tried to move the entire job as fast as possible through production to get it out early.
Due to the number of booklets ordered, the job was due to finish at around 3pm as long everything went smoothly. It did take a little more time and we kept you abreast of this throughout.
We dispatched the job just before 4pm using a same day direct service. However, there was an extraordinary amount of traffic meaning a 1 hour journey took twice as long.
You signed for this job at 6pm and we had staff in contact with the courier and yourself throughout (we stayed behind after we closed to make sure you received the order before we left).

At 4.15pm (15mins after the same day courier had left), we realised the courier didn't take the entire job and we contacted to you as by then we had lots of reports of different couriers
stuck in traffic jams all over London. We had another same day direct van waiting to bring the remainder of the order. However, as you asked us to dispatch it directly to the event on a
morning delivery we did this. Unfortunately, the courier used messed up and they didn't deliver to the hotel on time.
This was completely out of our control and we did send you a link to track the courier which shows the delay was with the courier and not us dispatching the remainder of the job on Monday.

When you placed the order we do inform you that we guarantee to dispatch the order on time (which is by end of the working day unless we agreed before the order is placed).
We also inform you that delivery can be delayed due to traffic or any other reason *after* the job has left our premises (as we have no control over traffic/accidents or other problems with third party
couriers). We are proud that we always dispatch jobs on time and cannot think of any other way this would have been dealt with.

As the morning delivery courier delivered the day after you had left, we contacted you asking you to contact the hotel to let us collect the job. As we didn't hear back from you we spoke to the hotel
directly as there was a risk the entire shipment would be discarded. We then collected the job and had it returned to you. This process did delay the return of the delayed order by an extra 2 working
days. The returned order was delivered to you earlier last week. However, from what I understand, your reception didn't advise you of this.

On Tuesday 20th you also mentioned there was a quality issue. We thought the entire job was printed wrong and have asked on at least 4 separate occasions to collect the job from you.
We then advised you (on at least 3 separate occasions) that as you weren't replying to our request for a date to to collect from you then you can return the job by the 5.30pm 30th October
and we will be happy to pay the return cost once we have inspected the full job and have ascertained the entire job has been printed wrong.
We also told you that on top of any refund we would give you a free reprint of 250 booklets for the inconvenience of dispatching faulty booklets.
You didn't reply to this but wanted to keep everything and wanted us to refund you.

We also spoke to you last Wednesday (28th October) when you read out that we need the job returned to us by 5.30pm 30th October at the latest (which is about 10 days after you told
us there was a quality problem).

At no stage did we refuse the refund and we feel that it is a perfectly reasonable request to request any faulty booklets back by our deadline (noting, we normally require faulty jobs
returned within 7 days whereas we gave you an extra 3 days to return these).

If we had been informed on Friday 16th October, before the order was placed, that you needed the job by 5pm on Monday 19th October then we would have told you to print half the number booklets which would have meant
that we could have dispatched the entire order at around 1pm using the standard same day service originally paid for (and thus giving plenty of time for delivery).

In summary, the booklets were dispatched on the day that we said using the delivery methods agreed (after you informed us of a change in your deadline).
We asked you on 7 separate occasions to either let us collect or have you return the order to us to inspect the quality (we would pay for the return if it was faulty).
We did not receive anything back from you by our extended deadline.
We can only infer from this that you wanted to keep the product and wanted a full refund as for whatever reason, you did not want us to inspect it.

We feel we have done everything possible from a customer service stand point and feel it is unfair calling us rude for requesting the product back and refusing the refund
when you refused to return it by our deadline.

I am delighted with the books I ordered…

I am delighted with the books I ordered and very impressed with their service. The current crisis caused a few minor complications with delivery but emails were answered swiftly by “happiness ambassadors” who knew what they were talking about and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thank you!
Will use this company again.

I ordered a pop-up banner and received…

I ordered a pop-up banner and received it very promptly, which was greatly appreciated as I had left it late to order but needed it for a specific day. It is very good quality and at a very competitive price. I will have no reservations about ordering again from SimplyPrint in future.

Every effort was made to get the flyers printed on time the next day. Very rare to encounter such a conscientious business!
Prices may be higher than its competitors, but you pay for real service.

Speedy and quality service

Needed some business cards on a same day basis, so I sent a pdf of a colleagues card with my amendments, I picked the cards up later that same day. Good quality and the font etc was indistinguishable from the original.

Great Service from SimplyPrint

I needed some extra Business Cards printed off in an emergency. Not being local to London, I found SimplyPrint on a Google search. The team were very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to copy the font and spacing from my originals and produced my cards within in the agreed timescale. The quality of the cards is excellent. I'm very impressed with this service from SimplyPrint and will be happy to use them again.

Very fast and brilliant service

Very fast and brilliant service. Didn’t think I would be able to get business cards printed and delivered in less than 8 hours but they smashed. Really friendly and efficient service and he quality of cards are great. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful , attentive service
I attended in person , having e mailed an image in a dvance , wanting business cards , 100 , the same day .
Nicola , for it was she , sat and took went through the design , and the options , taking careful notes . Now this was at least 20 mins of one to one attention , on a £27 order , so thats customer service and value for money , imho.
Anyway , I was over the drama of the whole same day thing , although that was very much still an option , and left the office secure in the knowledge the cards were en route , 3 days later .
I confirmed the proof online , and picked up my gorgeous cards a day later . What's not to like ?
So thank you all at SimplyPrint.com - and you are the choice for all the cards for The Tale of Salt , viewable on the facebook page of seasaltislove .
This company does what they say they do - no drama , value for money , job done .
Simples !

Exceptional service and quality

To all the team at Simply Print, a huge thank you for turning round my last minute request for business cards yesterday. The quality is just as I wanted, but the service is what marks you out ahead of your competitors; in a tough market place, this is what will help you succeed. Quality of product is essential, but it is your quality of service that will see you thrive.
