I was most impressed with Daniel whom is one of the sales executives.
Daniel showed me 5 properties which he lined up in one day as my stay in Murcia was short. He obviously worked tirelessly as the properties were remarkable.
The professionalism, knowledge and courtesy Daniel showed I’m sure would have impressed any potential buyer.

Also, I had the pleasure with meeting the team in the office and I would like to thank them too for their courtesy.

I wish Simply Spanish Homes ever success for the future.

We sold our 2 bed 2 bath villa in La Torre via Simply Spanish Homes in June 2025. They managed all the visits to the villa and prepared for them in advance, particularly by arranging all our outdoor furniture so the viewers could get a real feel for the space and utilisation of the property. Matt was Becky were really easy to work with and the whole process was smooth - our villa was sold in 4 weeks. I've no hesitation in recommending them to buy or sell your property.

We both purchased and sold properties though Simply Spanish Homes in July this year. Virtually everything went to plan with both transactions. We would not hesitate in recommending Matt & Courteney and Simply Spanish Homes.

Recently sold my property using Simply Spanish Homes as they came highly recommended. Matt handled the sale from start to finish, a buyer was found very quickly and everything went incredibly smoothly. No complaints whatsoever and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

From the first day when I made contact and reached out to the office I've never looked back. Buying a property overseas could be daunting but not when dealing with Matt and the team at Simply Spanish Homes. I was met with genuine professionals who cared on a deeper level. There was no Sales BS, no tactics, that I had no time for. Just back from a property viewing trip to Murcia Spain. Matt from Simply Spanish Homes met us at the airport. He not only showed us many properties but also the area. His office organised a rental for our 10 day stay plus a car. Matt introduced us to solicitors who explained the legal procedures.
