I can't say enough about all of the guys at la Dolses office after sales and the sales team.
From start to close of sale they were amazing
Beyond Helpful. Informative. Pleasant...each and everyone.
They helped with everything..solicitors.. drop offs and collection and genuinely went out of their way to help.
I felt secure and comfortable dealing with them and they made things very easy.
I got my keys last Monday within 6 weeks of putting down a deposit.
I would highly recommend home España from start to finsh.

I recently sold my villa with Home Espana. Andy and Aaron were both helpful and guided me through the stages of placing my property on the market and negotiating with buyers. Desde julio del año pasado, mi esposa y yo hemos estado buscando una vivienda en España que realmente se adapte a nosotros. Con la ayuda de Andy de HomeEspaña encontramos rápidamente una casa que nos gustaba.

Como la vivienda no estaba en la lista de HomeEspaña y no pudimos visitarla por dentro antes de irnos de España, Andy nos ayudó con una visita por vídeo. Fue muy honesta y clara.

Op 27 januari hebben wij de sleutels gekregen van een prachtig liggende finca in het achterland van Denia. Dankzij het initiatief van Hilde Camps om ons destijds te laten zien hoe een bezichtiging werkt ( want het plan was er al wel om een keer een huis te gaan kopen in deze regio), gingen wij op pad met haar vanwege een geannuleerde afspraak voor bezichtiging. Het was het eerste huis/ finca voor ons en we besloten meteen ervoor te gaan. Hilde Camps was altijd vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gaf ons de beste tips en begeleiding. We zijn haar heel dankbaar, hoe zij zich steeds ingezet heeft voor ons, zelfs als ze het heel druk had. Een top-makelaar!

Don’t do business with this company. They just sell houses with problems and they know they are their. It can cost you a lot of money. Duty of care is very poor, agent doesn’t anything.

I recently sold my property with Andy and the team and they acheived full asking price for us. The photos and videos were well above what we expected. Argemary was our after sales person and she went way above and beyond to help us and make sure that the process ran smoothly.
