bad experience , logistics and product quality are under my expectations compare to what the Youtubers said... a business company

I had a very nice experience with SXP' customer service (mail).

I was looking for my first aluminium cockpit, and found through a friend SXP. After emailing back and forward with them, I found the right fit for me.
I would totally recommend the cockpit (SimXPro GT - RS Sim Racing Cockpit) itself to EVERYONE, but the reason for not giving 5 stars here, is the missing assemble manual on paper - which made the assemble quite harder. Theres a link, you can find on YouTube, but also there you wont be shown EVERY single thing, and some of the things you gotta figure out yourself, which is abit *meh*

As a former buyer, I ask you to make your YouTube guide ABIT more detailed or/and make a manual on paper aswell?

I had a very disappointing experience with SimXPro. My order arrived without the assembly manual, and when I contacted support, they were completely useless. I was ignored for weeks and received absolutely no real help. I sent messages every day and explained that I needed to assemble the rig within a specific time frame because it was meant to be a birthday gift, but SimXPro support completely ignored me. A truly terrible customer service experience.

Recently ordered a SimXPro XT120 from the website, it’s an amazing rig, excellent value, zero flex, the customer service has been incredible. Would highly recommend!
