Dealt with Shabee and she assisted in getting our order shipped to us as it was delayed.

I had to change the specs on an order. I cancelled it and they credit my account. I replaced my order with the good specs. So easy to do.

I wanted to make sure my order was shipped out for a tight deadline and Sara (customer service) went above and beyond to make sure that happened with up to date notifications throughout the day to put my mind at ease. Very helpful and a great agent!

We recently had an order produced that had an issue with the trimming of roughly half the order. The trimming was off slightly. Since the client was doing a Neighbourhood Mailing with the cards, there wasn't time to have them replaced, and so we sent the product out. Sara was very helpful in quickly getting us a credit on the order which we could pass on to our client, which they were very happy with.

I’ve used SinaLite in the past, but this recent business card order was unacceptable. The matte lamination was peeling/pilling off across the cards, and the right edges were visibly damaged—clearly a production/handling issue.

When I contacted customer service, the response was slow, and by the time they replied, the only resolution offered was that the complaint was outside their 10-day policy window. The problem is that this was discovered after pickup and delivery to our client—once the client actually handled and reviewed the cards.

No refund, no reprint, no credit—just a policy quote. Between the downgraded production quality and the lack of accountability, I won’t be ordering again.

I uploaded 2 jobs within a 1/2 hour of each submission. The second order I received a proof within a 1/2 hour, but the first I realized I did not revive a proof. About 3 hours later I called to see if these was a problem, I spoke to Sara (CSR) and she looked into it. Within seconds she said it was just sent to my email. Thank you Sara, for all your help.
