Really disappointed with this product, I order my swim wear what i thought was in time for my holiday, they arrived the week I was going away. The first day of my holiday the inner button fell off, in was on holiday for 6 weeks, got home to find the refund policy runs out after 14 days of delivery, and because my order was under £150 I’d need to pay to return. Not happy with the quality of this product, I will not be a returning customer.

These shorts are fantastic, if you want style and class by the pool. Gold zip pockets and the waist tensioner just the little extras that go a long way in my opinion. Material is a nice stretchy material that holds its shape/structure. These shorts are in a class of their own! I tried them on in the house and my mrs absolutely loves them and my friends and family are now looking to order, they look that good on. Delivery was next day and couldn’t fault it. Shorts are expensive but managed to get 15% off for the first order for a pack of three. Needless to say I won’t be going back to no mediocre style shorts when these shorts are in a class of their own. I don’t normally write reviews not for anything but had to sing sinkswimwears praise on these. Thanks again.

Can’t speak highly enough. I’ve ordered about 8 pairs of these now. At first I thought slightly high price, however, after my first pair, I bought another 7 as incredibly good value for quality and design. Delivery has been next day every time. Had a slight issue with a zip on 1 pair - emailed and they sent a replacement out next day… didn’t even ask to send back the other pair even though I offered. Customer service was exactly what I would see from a company like this. I cannot fault anything about my experience. Plus - almost daily getting asked where I got my shorts from at my gym. It’s a 10 from me 👍🏼

Just Do Not buy from them !
In case you have to return the item, for another size let’s say, then you will have to pay the return postage fees and in case you cancel then you have to pay their postage fees.
Just ridiculous and very unprofessional.
Best to Avoid !!!

The checkout process on this site includes an optional "Shipping Protection" fee (powered by Route) which claims to protect the order against loss, damage, or theft. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is legally responsible for the goods until they are in the physical possession of the consumer. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the seller is already obligated to provide a refund or replacement.

Selling a service that "covers" rights already guaranteed by law is misleading. Furthermore, the disclaimer stating the brand is "not responsible" for lost items without this protection is legally inaccurate for UK B2C transactions. I also noticed the protection was pre-selected in the cart; under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, charging for optional extras via an "opt-out" or pre-ticked box is prohibited.

I value transparency and compliance with consumer law, and because of these practices, I have decided not to proceed with my purchase.

I was really excited to discover this brand on Black Friday as I was looking for a new outfit for my work Christmas Party. The products were much pricier than I'd usually spend but the reviews looked good and I was optimistic about the quality I'd receive. One of the items I ordered was the blue satin shirt, which looked great on the website and when it arrived it really suited me. However, when I started ironing it for the first time I noticed lots of loose threads on the material but it was too late to return it as I'd removed the tags. I went ahead and wore it and it received lots of compliments but when I got home I noticed lots more loose threads and pulls in the material, which was gutting for a shirt worth £100. Thankfully they posted me a replacement but I'm concerned it'll be the same story.

Absolutely amazing quality, husband is very happy with them. Definitely recommend Sink for your next swimwear purchase!

Top quality, best swim shorts I’ve had by far.

I rarely leave reviews, but Sink Swimwear truly earned this one. Not only are their products beautifully made and high-quality, but their customer service is on another level.

Best swimshorts I’ve ever had easily

Attempting to request a returns label. Sent three emails thus far. No response. Either incredibly poor customer service or they are attempting to wait out the 14 day period for returns. Either way. Terrible.

Good variety and great styles, the trip pack swim shorts are functional and length is great for walking on vacation and swimming. Like the gold zips and draw strings are great.

I bought swimwear from SinkSwimwear and unfortunately the product turned out to be of very poor quality. The swim shorts broke shortly after I started using them. I contacted their customer service about this and initially managed to get in touch, but after that they completely stopped responding.

I tried multiple times via email and social media, but never received a reply. It’s really disappointing to see a company that doesn’t stand behind its products and ignores its customers when problems arise.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SinkSwimwear.

Die Ware selbst fand ich zufriedenstellend, allerdings deutlich überteuert. Sehr ärgerlich waren zudem die Zollformalitäten: Ich erhielt zwei Anrufe vom Zoll, um Auskunft über die Bestellung zu geben. Die Badehose war zu klein, daher musste ich die Ware zurücksenden. Ganze 19 € kostete der Versand eines Pakets mit einer Badehose nach Großbritannien. Die Versandkosten von Großbritannien nach Deutschland wurden natürlich auch nicht erstattet. Der Shop bot mir zunächst lediglich einen Gutschein an und erklärte sich erst nach meiner Intervention bereit, den Kaufbetrag zu erstatten. Seit dem Austritt des Vereinigten Königreichs aus der EU ist eine Bestellung aus England nicht zu empfehlen – zu viele Unsicherheiten und zusätzliche Kosten machen den Einkauf dort unattraktiv.

Order #11387 I'm just posting an update. I had bought two pairs of trunks, one of the buckles had broken but apparently they have a two year guarantee. So they replaced the broken pair for free, I'm pretty happy with that obviously it would be better if that hadn't happened, but hey such is life.

Got my first pair, swiftly followed by a second pair after loving the quality, design and fit. Definitely the smartest swim shorts I’ve had 👍
