I signed on Sirv for couple of weeks. I am not an expert on this and would say was starting with knowledge of 2 on the scale of 1 to 10. I have been asking million questions to Paula and she has been so helpful and describe every thing in detail. I can certainly say that due to her help I can execute my work and get max benefit of Sirv for my 360 spins. I contacted Sirv to change the account owner. Paula carried out the change within 15 minutes of the request and got in touch by email to let me know what else I needed to do. The service was quick and efficient and really helpful.

Good product. Had an issue implementing the plugin to my website. They promptly resolved the issue and had excellent support.

I have been using Sirv for a short time and I am very satisfied with it so far. First, the plugin for Woocommerce is very good. It has many powerful functionalities (360° spin, image zoom, image fast loading...) with a wide range of tools. I had tried other 360° rotation plugins before but couldn't keep them because of various issues encountered. But with Sirv, it's a different story. Even though I had minor issues at the beginning, the support team kindly and greatly helped me solve all the problems. So, I would say that the second good reason to use Sirv is the responsiveness of the support team.
In conclusion, you have a high-quality product combined with a great support team.
