Excellent support when needed - great CDN, really useful tools like unpacking zip files automatically, very little effort required to get up and running - need help or something not quite right - support will be there - 5 stars all the way

My experience has always been wonderful.

Over the last couple days I emailed a tech named Jake back and forward. It started with an odd error I was getting, and evolved into the Sirv backend team adding a fully new feature (unrequested!).
Jake and his team certainly went above and beyond here.

I wish there was an easier interface for adding interactivity to the spins. They are nice to look at, but adding annotations and hotspot links would make them indispensable.

Another reason I had to cancel is that the pandemic is hitting my business extremely hard, as we work with hotels all over the world.

We are using the SIRV zoom feature and CDN service on a PrestaShop e-commerce. The performance of the site has greatly improved and customers love zooming into images to look at details. The tool has many options and the integration will take some time when your site has many thousand products. The real value of the tool is the top support you get here, even after weeks the engineer answered all questions and doubts. Most time with the answer, the issue was solved or improved. Replies and solutions are always quick, in few hours they always helped us. It's a great combination: affordable price, rich in features, fast servers and top quality technical support. Sirv's image hosting is designed with simplicity in mind and anyone can quickly become adept at using it. If you want to customise or edit your online content and delve a bit deeper then Sirv caters for this too. I have set up my website using their recently launched Sirv Media Viewer and are really impressed with how this has implemented 360 Spins into my Wordpress website. The Media Viewer is very powerful, allowing a multitude of customisations. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next.

What sets Sirv apart is that they back up their excellent Image Hosting and Apps with incredible support. It is not uncommon to receive an answer back from them within 30-60 minutes.

I've been Sirved impressively well. They are continuously improving the service and all queries are answered super quickly. What's not to like!
