im not bothered to organise a return/exchange/refund but just wanted to give you a heads up that the rings are poor quality and 2 out of the 5 of them snapped in half the first time i even put them on and i wasnt being at all rough with them and dont have especially big hands or anything like that. My sister has. The paint also peels/sheds off of them easily with use. My. sister has similar rings from a different company and theyre. great and has never encountered these issues so maybe it might be an issue with the quality of your supplier? I understand these things can happen so i just wanted to let you know incase it might help inform you with where you source them from :). -Sorry guys, I didnt realise these reviews were public and thought they were just internal feedback! ive changed it to 5 stars, like i said im not bothered to organise a refund/exchange but thought it might be important info for you to know for future orders!

Staff are always amazing welcoming and with a smile showing their proud of their products and service snd the person that walks out of their store walks out happy. If they had a job going there I would apply it would be amazing to be part if that team.

I order from here all the time (my main place to go for most disability related stuff for the kids or myself), and, after my first order, every single order has come with a note thanking me for my continued custom - this shows me that the people running the store keep track of returning customers and just gives us all a warm glowy feeling :) as does the tiny gift always included! it just feels nice. And of course all the normal stuff is good too, communication, fast shipping, everything is as described and I never have problems :)
