Felt scammed by the sales team (Beste Koyuncu & Emily Navin) and ignored by their sales manager (Aaron Cansdale). I was told numerous lies regarding the property I bought and the properties around, but I discovered this after I got the keys. Sadly this is not a shop where you can return your stuff within 30 days with proof of purchase.

I spoke with Aaron after I sent a long email with all the complaints but no follow up from that. Asked for an update, silence.

I would think twice buying from SiteSales, they only want SALES and don't care about the buyers.

Bought a new property in March 2019. Threatened to terminate purchase process. Reason being despite printed material, conversations and emails saying parking was included they sprung on us a further £20k was required. Also property has far too many problems for a new build. Take everything they say with a pinch of salt.
