Sitka's warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Purchased a Delta Lt Gore-Tex jacket in June of 2022. Less than 4 seasons and the liner is coming apart. Sitka calls it normal wear and tear. Cheap fragile material. Definitely would not consider it rugged. I have had Gore-Tex coats from Cabela's and Columbia and have never experienced such junk.

Our repair facility has examined your Delta LT jacket. They found delamination due to wear on the hood, inner left torso and bottom of left torso. A layer of waterproof seam tape at the bottom of the left torso along with patches is recommended in order to properly repairs this garment. Unfortunately, these issues are related to wear and tear, not a manufacturing defect, and is not covered under our warranty. Rainy Pass Repair, Inc. has provided a quote of $207-240 to repair the tear(s) in your item

My wife and I bought Downpour pants at the same time. Within 3 weeks my wifeâs leg zipper broke. The store replaced them. Within a year her pants started leaking. The store had quit selling Sitka gear because of returns so we had to send them to Sitka gear. After a few months they said that they were damaged and would not warranty them. My wife and I walk step for step with each other. Why werenât mine damaged? No visible damage. We then called Gore Tex. They said they wouldnât warranty Sitka gear even this their tag comes with Sitka gear with a lifetime warranty. Never buying Sitka or Gore Tex again. Expensive crap.

I have worn it twice in the field and both times the Whitetail deer have seen me clear as day. Sitka customer service is nonexistent. You can never get an answer using the Sitka phone numbers and it takes weeks before they answer an email. Customer service is HORRABLE !!! Their products are very expensive compared to comparable other companies and not as warm. They are also made from fabric that contain chemicals that are not allowed for sale in some states. I would never recommend Sitka for any of your hunting or daily clothing needs !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Customer Service
I made a purchase at the store in Bozeman MT. I wore the hoodie once washed it when I was back in Michigan and noticed a small hole in the seam by the front pocket. I called Sitka and spoke to âTuckerâ they stood behind their product and sent me a new one. Great Customer Service.

Clicked on the $10 shipping when I placed my order. I immediately noticed I was charged $40. I tried calling customer service but said high call volume . Wouldnât let me hold or even leave a number for call back. Said there was a live chat on site, but there wasnât . Only option was to send email. One week later they finally respond and pretty much say to deal with it. I spent quite a bit of money there this month between gifts for my son and husband, but will not buy anything from them again. Do not make a mistake ordering! Unable to cancel an immediate order.
Placed an incorrect order and tried to cancel. They were closed? Yet when I called no return call. Left a "Contact Us" last night. No callback. When I "Chatted" live the next morning less than 30 minutes after they opened they said they could not cancel. This is real bad customer service. I'll have to wait several weeks for delivery, take somewhere to send back, and wait another several weeks for my $200 refund in 2026! Telling my grandson to find another brand.

Poor price adjustment policy!
I purchased items through the military/first responder program. For a second time following my purchases Sitka has offered lower prices on line. When I called them back the first time they said I only had 2 weeks from purchase to ask for a price adjustment. Second time which was this week and within the 2 weeks they told me I had already received a discount under govx which is for military and first responders and it is there policy not to provide a price adjustment even when they are offering a lower price during a sale within the 2 weeks.
So Iâve now spent over $400 more then I would have through a sale. Wonât happen again.
I would advise any military or first responder to keep this in mind when buying from this company. As for me this was my last Sitka purchase I will be buying other highly rated brands, but not Sitka from here on out
I dropped a pair of gaiters off to beâŠ
I dropped a pair of gaiters off to be repaired. The stitching had come apart along the edge of the Velcro ( manufacturer defect) thus separating the Velcro from the gaiters. The area that need restitched was about 6 inches in length. Not a difficult repair. I went in two weeks later and was told the repair person isnât in on a regular basis so they werenât repaired yet . Today ( a month since I dropped them off ) I went in to see what was going on . They still werenât repaired yet. The girl working the cash register got kind of mouthy with me . She wasnât polite as she explained to me that a lot of gear gets dropped off after winter in the spring and the girl that works back there is overwhelmed. We usually tell people expect 4 to 6 weeks for their repair to be completed. Wow thatâs a lot of gear thatâs being returned for repairs . Maybe Sitka gear isnât such a good investment! I took my gaiters and left the store . There are other companies I can do business with in the future. Horrible customer service!!!
Waders are junk
Bought a pair of waders. They started
Leaking where the boot meets the wader on the seam. Sent them in to be repaired under their âwarrantyâ providing service for the âpractical life of the productâ. Apparently two seasons is the âpractical life spanâ of waders. They sent me a bill of $115.29 to repair the leaking seam that was creased wrong on the boot to begin with. I should not be paying $115.29 to repair a manufacturer defect on these waders. They should last longer than a season or two for $1000.

Worst ever!! They advertise they have items available. Process your payment right away. Then turn around after a week and say the size isnât available anymore. Still waiting for my money to be refunded. I placed another order once size became available again on their website. And within 3 days Iâm getting another email stating the size isnât available anymore. They fraudulently advertise things that they donât have nor do they reserve what they have on hand for the orders placed. I immediately went and checked website after I received the email and what do you know the exact product and size I just was told isnât available anymore is showing available to order. Needless to say I did not place another but took a screenshot for proof of the fraud. Sitka non-existent service
Iâve purchased a fair amount of Sitka products. It all has been decent quality but not awesome Iâd say especially for the price. I have a second home mortgage now that has financed my purchases. lol!
But their customer service is absolutely non-fâing-existent! They do not answer the phone and they do not answer any email other than with a standard bot reply saying they strive to give great service.
They processed my credit card on the spot for my order yet it has been over a week now and they have only printed a label so maybe they pulled my order.
