Due to physical restrictions, I am no longer able to take my mountain bike on adventures so it was time to relax and enjoy the ride! I needed something comfortable and simple that would not aggravate my aching lower back or shoulders now that I'm in my mid-50's. I also needed something that was good quality and affordable. This bike was all that and more! I didn't assemble it but I "supervised" my son assemble it and honestly it was pretty easy and quick! The bike rides so smoothly and comfortable and is just what I was looking for! I highly recommend it!

Super Max Cush Extra Extra Large Comfort Seat is a lifesaver.

I'm a plus size rider and I like to go on long 12+ mile rides everyday. Those rides wouldn't be possible without this amazing seat for support!

I ordered 2 Evryjourney bikes and 2 extra cushion seats. The bike itself was well made. The assembly was not as easy as the video. Alot of bending and push and pull on the fenders and rack on the back. I am pretty handy with tools, and I had problems. I suggest you buy one from a shop already assembled, if you are not tool savvy and have no patience. I didn't care for the seats, so I decided to return them. Nine days after the return form was sent, I finally got a return label after numerous emails to them. Their customer service is Terrible. After nine more days I got a full refund which is normal, I guess. I ordered from the company and not from Amazon. I would recommend ordering from Amazon even if the price is a little higher because the hassle, I had with Customer Service was not worth it. I can't even imagine what it would have been like if I had wanted to send the bikes back.

A year ago, I needed a college bike for my daughter. It has to be reliable, easy to maintain, and rugged. I searched everywhere, and this is the only one that fits all my requirements, plus more.

- 3 speed. Simple and easy to maintain
- Perfect "ADULT" 26" cruiser-style bike for a 5' 2" woman that's not a poorly built kid's bike
- Overall, it is a well-designed bike with excellent components
- Great price, fast shipment, easy assembly, and excellent customer communication

It has been a year since, and it still rides great.

Comfortable bike with durable structure. The only issue I had was with the assembly. I followed the instructions but couldn't put it together right. The brake makes noise

Amazing bike! Arrived timely, packed very well in a flat box, was medium easy to self assemble (I'm not a pro, so it took me a little while, but I did it all by myself which speaks to the ease of construction). The bike rides soooooo well - love it a lot!

I honestly wish I could give zero. I was initially really excited about this bike. It was my first real purchase for me, but my excitement quickly faded with all the issues. Firstly I ordered several things the bike, helmet, bag, bell, seat and water bottle.

The water bottle came with a huge dent on the bottom and every time I asked for a new one they would recommend I keep the dented one and get a partial refund. I finally asked for a refund and asked where to send the bottle and they asked me to donate it. Still not the resolution I hoped for.

Next my bikes inner tube for the front tire was popped. So that took a couple weeks to get in.

The brakes didn’t seem super intuitive and were just plane hard to figure out. We did partially but a bike shop was able to help more. I will note even the bike shop couldn’t fully keep the pads from shaving the white part of the wheel.

The front metal fender also always mid-ride starts hitting the tire and you have to tap it so that it stops grinding it.

I was riding out my first time and the brakes started auto working. This was pretty scary since I was a couple miles from home and the bike out of no where started brake checking me. I took the bike to another shop and they said the bar holding the front wheel was stripped and the bearings were blown. They said it looked like a factory issues since it’s impossible for it to happen on a new bike.

Got that fixed and was riding again up a sight incline (again a couple miles from the house) when a gear broke. This happened so randomly and it really could have had a damaging ending for me. I was thrown forward from the bike and slide to my stop. The gear no longer works and makes a really loud sound when you click to it.

I have reached out to customer support countless times to rectify the issue and they are not the most helpful. I found on the six three zero website the ability to get a refund within a year of purchase. Apparently that is a lie so beware.

At this point I feel like this bike is eventually going to cause me serious bodily harm. I have only ever ridden it on streets but I don’t even feel like that is safe anymore.

"Check engine" icon hours after it came outta the box. Electric throttle doesn't work. Took it to a bike shop, they said that "sixthreezero" makes "good looking bikes that don't work". Should have done more research before I spent so much money.

I was gifted this bike a year ago, and it is still in excellent condition and has been a great way for me to get exercise. The person who purchased this bike for me is a life-long bike rider and did a lot of research into finding me the top-tier women's cruiser. I attest to the opinion of many, that this bike is a breeze to ride (however was a learning curve for me with the reverse-pedal braking system!)
I recommend this bike for those who want a casual and smooth ride around the neighborhood!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This brand new bike left me stranded on the side of the road. My Sixthreezero Bicycle Co. bike was charged 24 hours. The battery was full and it just died on me from Deadwood to Lead. I literally just got this bike. The battery had a full charge, the screen, before it died, indicated a full charge. I had to find someone to come get me and the bike! It was hot, a very bust road and up hill. There's no assembly instructions, no operating instructions. I was told "just watch the videos" but those aren't really complete. I was also told via email (2 inquiries because they never responded to my first) the basket came with the bike. It wasn't included. When I called, they said I had to purchase it separately. Obviously this company has poor response times. I've called, DMd, emailed, posted to Facebook and nothing. No response. I guess the holiday weekend is more important.

I cannot emphasize enough how bad of an experience we've had with this company. On August 8th 2024 we purchased an e-bike, which arrived on August 10th. The box was missing assembly instructions (and they weren't available online for our specific model), parts were poorly packaged, and other parts were damaged (a critical screw was stripped which made it impossible for us to attach the front wheel). We decided to request a return the next day, based on all of these issues. It took over a week for the request to be approved, and in the meantime, representatives were slow to respond to our emails and almost never responded to phone calls. Our refund request was finally approved on August 19th, and we were explicitly told that we would receive an email from SixThreeZero as soon as the bike made it back to their warehouse (it also says this on the returns website). We were also told that after arriving at their warehouse, a refund would take 7-10 business days to process. The bike made it back to them on August 21st. It is now August 29th, we have called them repeatedly and sent several emails and they still haven't confirmed receipt of the bike. This was an expensive purchase for us, they are holding our money hostage and refusing to communicate with us. They sent us a bike with broken parts and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, which poses a legitimate safety risk. And we are just trying to make sure that we receive our refund by September 9th, which is 10 business days after August 21st. We shouldn't have to send emails and leave voice messages every day, just for them to confirm what the FedEx tracking info says (and again, to be clear, even the returns website states that they would email us as soon as the bike arrives back to their warehouse). From the moment the bike arrived to us, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Stay far away from them. They send out defective products, and they provide some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I Love my EVRYjourney 7 speed steel, my second sixthreezero bike. Unfortunately thieves recently got both front and rear wheels, leaving me bikeless, angry, and depressed. Having stewed on this too long I reached out hoping to rebuild.The response was so quick and heartfelt I was blown away. Emil went above and beyond to get me riding again and restoring my faith in humanity. Thank-you so much for your spirit of community and for all the rides to come.

I purchased the EVRYjourney rickshaw ETrike. My adult daughter has special needs and this has given our family the opportunity to go on bike rides again. She loves it! This trike is awesome. Smooth ride, great design, comfy seats, and the storage bin under the bench seat is super convenient for taking her Go-bag with us on our rides. I had noticed some noise that I wasn't comfortable with so I reached out to the company and they were more than helpful with coming up with a solution. They told me to get it checked out by a local bike shop (we had a nearby mobile bike service company come out being the bike is heavy and too large to get it somewhere) and they would reimburse me. That solution worked very well. The communication has been excellent. I highly recommend this trike and SixThreeZero!

Great bike - After it was finally put together. I bought the ebike with internal battery which is new. The documentation was for an older bike. And the documentation for the electronics was completely useless. Recommend buying the bike if you are a degreed engineer.

I have had 5 spinal surgeries & have been looking for a bike which would allow me comfort & protection at the same time. I bought the In the Barrel single speed w/4" tires. The tires really absorb the cracks & break in the bike path(s) and on the streets & sidewalks. The 1rare factor that helped me pick a 630 bike was the fitting process. My spine is in bad shape & I worried about riding for exercise. I am so happy with my purchase: the bike allows me to ride w/straight spine- not bent over or having to accommodate for sm bike frame. Everything adjustable is where needs to be. After a ride I don't have to worry about feeling as though I was developing " the rocket sockem robot where there head is thrust up fr9m the knock-out punch". My spine is fused from behind my heart into my pelvis-T10 long fusion in what procedure is called. This is the 1st bike I've ridden in 25 yrs which I actually look forward to each day. Comfort, ride, shock absorber tires & a fairly comfortable seat. I do ride on some trails which I also find comfortable. My preference is the bike paths around town , riding by the river and on some old railroad paths which are now for walkers & bike riders. For me I need to keep moving for my physical and mental well being. If you have an ailing back or a beat up spine I have no problem recomme ding the In the Barrel 4" Fat tires bike. Built for those of us whom are over 6'3"& I weigh 250 lbs. It's built for those up to 300 lbs. You get a period for try out. Go on the fitting system 630 offers, it's well worth the time & money. Biking allows me to listen to music, podcast, Books on tape and offers me comfort- something that's taken for granted these days. Any day I can ride my bike and have my head up instead of looking down, it's a grand day. I believe it's an investment to keep me upright longer. Received my bike 7/09/2024
