Blij met mijn aankoop ...ook al is er een kleine vertraging opgetreden. Wij hebben het besteld op hun Bol.com acocunt. De communicatie was altijd tijdig en ook achteraf wordt je goed geholpen bijvb. bij vragen ivm de montage of advies. Al met al zijn wij tevreden.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order on January 15. Very randomly I receive a text message and an email from TSN Groen (apparently the Logistic company that works for Skane Home) to plan a delivery from sender Dekorstunter. I had no idea what/who Dekorstunter was as I only expected something from Skane home so I called Skane (no answer), I emailed them (no answer), I sent a whatsapp (answer 2 days later saying TSN Groen is their logistic partner). Ok fine, so I planned a delivery for January 26 and on January 25 I would receive a specific time frame. HOWEVER, on January 25 I receive a new text message and email to plan a delivery. So I tried to call Skane 20x (no answer again), sent them a whatsapp (no answer again). So I called with TSN Groen and they told me the delivery was canceled as they no longer work for Dekorstunter. Again... WHAT THE HELL HAS DEKORSTUNTER TO DO WITH THIS??!! It is the biggest scam company ever (reed Trustpilot). Finally Skane replied to my email saying there was a little technical issue that canceled the delivery, but the new delivery was planned for this week. I asked them for a final delivery date or otherwise I wanted my money back. And again, I am not hearing anything from them for days. Please guys, DO NOT ORDER HERE. Not at Skane Home, not at Dekorstunter.

Dislike the delivery of communication. I was told it would be delivered on a specific date, but I only received communication on delivery 4 days later. I was waiting at home for delivery and had to plan work days around this.
Product quality was fine and easy to set up.

Smooth delivery and easy assembly.

The simple bar table was as easy as IKEA furniture usually is, maybe even a tad easier as things were labelled.

Quality of the product is good. Rigid structure and the materials don't look/feel cheap. Will we happy with this buy for a long time!

One minor point was that one of the planks was maybe half a millimeter out of specification but this eventually cause no issues during assembly.

Leuke prijs voor wat je krijgt en goed zelf te monteren. De beschrijving was soms echter iets onduidelijk, omdat de lijnen van de plankjes bijna niet zichtbaar waren.

Super mooi meubel die makkelijk in elkaar te zetten is. Vooral met de video handleiding. Wij zijn tevreden.

Zeer snelle bezorging en een absoluut schitterend tafel! Samen met een goede vriend was het makkeijk te doen en het resultaat voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen.

De Voronezh tv meubel is echt geweldig! We hadden wat hulp nodig bij het ophangen en besloten te bellen. De informatie die we kregen was heel nuttig. De kleur is prachtig en het werd precies op de afgesproken datum geleverd.
