My original order wasn’t available (mistake from company) when at time of order/purchase.
Straight away I was contacted and offered alternative replacement. I must say Daniel is a credit to the company and reassured my confidence in customer service.

The emails- and waiting time was fast (especially after a busy festival time).

What matters more to me in purchasing products; is not just the product. What is important is when things that don’t go right what customers service is provided.

Making a customer feel important regardless on how much one spends makes repeat customers. I for one can put my hands up and say this company cares.

10/10 from start to end

After making contact online I visited the shop to try on some boots as I have irregular shoe sizes.
When I arrived I found 3 young lads playing practical jokes on each other and behaving in a way that is un fit for the work place.
After being ignored for 5 minutes I left as I don’t think my custom was wanted

Ordered some new skates and wrist guards for my Wife’s birthday.

Delivery was spot on.

Unfortunately, the skates fit too small and there was a slight issue with the added wrist guards which was a manufacturer issue not a Skate Britain issue. But, they were incredibly helpful and sorted it really quickly. The skate exchange was no problem and the new wrist guards were delivered from the manufacturer within 2 days of me calling to log the issue.

All in all, a fantastic, friendly company with great customer service. I’ll be using them a lot for future purchases and would recommend them to anyone.

Yes had a refund sort of having a carry on getting it back for some reason. But my main problem is I think your returns policy is a joke and they were 100 % not returned damaged. And your customer service is very poor won't be using you again.

Ordered a pair of Moxi Skates for my daughter's birthday. They arrived super quickly and at the best price I could find. Info on the skates on the website was also good.

I contact the store via FB messenger on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until the Monday; surprised to receive a reply an hour or so later. I spoke to Daniel in the shop on Monday, really helpful, confirmed that the skates I wanted were in stock. I called in yesterday, and received fantastic service from Daniel and the rest of the staff. So helpful in letting me try several different brands/sizes to ensure I had the skates I wanted. I even received a fb message today to check everything was good and that the staff had helped me. Can't recommend the staff, the service or the prices highly enough. Oh, and the coffee is delicious as well! Thanks guys, will definitely be buying from you again, Diane Hall

Had lots of problems with the delivery causing undue stress..
This was more courier related rather than store but my problems with the courier could have been handled better by the staff member I dealt with.

An explanation of inexperienced staff and apology accepted a week later.

Brilliant service, speedy delivery. also kept up to date the entire time about dispatch and delivery via email. Will definitely be using skate Britain again in future

Wowwwwww what can I say - arrived next day even had a little call about my order from the nicest chap ever! If I don’t break my neck I will be back 100% - can completely recommend anyone to shop here - bueno

Stock on the website isn't up-to-date, ordered something and was messaged that they "just sold the last one" several days later. Bummer! So if you buy from here have a backup plan in case, I guess

I made an order a few weeks back, selected normal postage which said would come in 3-7 days. A week went by, then 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks, and my gear still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them 3 times over this period of time to request an update on my order, but it's been radio silence. The same happened when I tried to call them, it always says the line is busy. They're located in the UK so what's taking so long??? If my items don't arrive within a week, I'm telling them I want a refund. Until then, my review stays at 1 star. Do NOT shop here, they don't care about their customers.

Firstly, when I had a query I sent a quick message via Facebook messenger and a team member promptly got back to me answering my question perfectly. I found this super helpful and it meant I could go ahead and finish my order then and there.

The item arrived so quickly! I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly my item arrived after time of order - quite a bit less than 48 hours (shipping to Ireland). I was really impressed. Also, delivery was very well priced compared to other sites.

Item arrived in perfect order, with environmentally conscious packaging. Loved that.
