Great service and good prices. I had been searching for specific parts for my Powerslide Ultrons that I couldn't seem to find anywhere until I found SkateBritain.

I hadn't heard of this company before but I took a chance and will definitely be shopping with them again. My skate axels and bearing lubricant came in great condition, unopened and unused.

Shipping was good, I ordered for next day delivery, my parcels came in 2 days, but I suspect I may have made my order too late in the day to qualify for next day, when I called customer service they were very professional and ensured me that my order would arrive promptly.

I cannot fault this company, and look forward to doing business with them again.

Ok, so this was my first purchase and I would like to say: OMG Thank you SKATE BRITAIN, you really rock! I don't know about the customer service just yet as I am new to SB, but I have to say that the order, delivery and communication was simply perfect! Not to mention my Lolly's arrived in like maybe 5 days from the UK to Austria. Thank you SB <3

Brilliant service. Ordered overseas shipping to Ireland so I expected to have to wait for ages but parcel arrived in 4 days. Product was perfect too so very happy!

These guys are fabulous. Ordered skates on a Tuesday, arrived on the Wednesday, I'm in Northern Ireland. They were too big. Sent them back and they sent my replacements out by the Thursday. Superb service, easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Placed an order 12 days ago, still "Pending". The item was supposedly in stock.

Sent them a mail after a week and it took them 2 days to reply, telling me to wait one more week and only contact them if there is still no update on my parcel lol.

I wish I googled them before purchasing anything.

Really bad. Item I ordered wasn't in stock So had to send me alternative skates. Told me the delivery would be next day if express was paid and was a week. Then upon arrival didnt include one of my items.

Order some Anarchy Aggressive Skates for my partner who had been an avid skater as a teenager (we're both in our 30s now!). Skate Britain were fantastic, item was shipped same day and arrived the next much to my partner's delight! He's used them every day since. Also as a side note Skate Britain were a good £10 cheaper for this particular brand of skate :)

Ordered the Impala skates from Skate Britain.. In hot demand at the minute so I am so happy I managed to get some. Order estimated 3-7 days for delivery I think they arrived after 2 days which is amazing. Skates are great! They're my first pair so I didnt know what to expect from size/fit and they felt a bit snug, I called the shop and someone had a chat with me and reassured me what a new skate should feel like as they do give over time. I also shortly after messaged them on FB and they got back to me really quickly with a informative response. All in all super happy I went with Skate Britain.

I have placed several orders (including 3 pairs of skates, ) with SkateBritain over the last 8 months. On each occasion, they have been great at communicating extra product information, when there’s been a delay likely, and when items are back in stock. Delivery has been prompt and reliable, and all my orders have arrived in perfect condition. I cannot ask for more!

Just a bunch of liars who are so greedy they take amount of orders they are not able to process on time.the delivery time which was on the website said 3-7 days. I placed an order on Monday. After a few days of not receiving any updates about my order I found out that they’ll send it in a few days with Royal Mail first class so I’ll get it on Saturday, Monday the latest. On Friday I found out that you’re going to send it with DPD instead which doesn’t even deliver on Saturday. On Monday I found out from DPD that you haven’t even given them the parcel!
What a mess.

Really helpful staff and fast shipping! You can rely on this store to help you choose and explain the details. I've bought inline skates and I'm super happy with the experience I got! I would definitely recommend this store!
