Another straightforward competitive quote and completed application for ski cover with Paul. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I tried to claim for the first time in April and I still haven't heard back from anyone. When I call the dedicated helpline, I am just told I need to wait for a response but it has been nearly 2 months now.

Very prompt responses. Sorted the details quickly.

Easy to sign up and good value. I made a typo on one name, contacted their customer service email at 8pm on a Fri and a new policy document was issued by 8.20pm.
