I placed my order on 1/16/26 over the phone and received my email confirmation that evening. I decided to pay the additional extra charge for 2 day shipping, via your chosen carrier UPS, ($24 plus).
The package just arrived today 1/23/26 at 4:30 pm EST.
Tracking the package shipped-it was not until 1/20/26 that UPS had my package in SLC. It would have been a better experience if someone at SKimo had communicated to me that the package might be held up to get ready to ship out by a day or two. Yet I was told that they (Skimo) would get this out tomorrow (1/17/26) I feel like I paid extra for a service that did not deliver as stated. Product is great! Service and delivery time sucked.

I had very good advising by phone for picking out my new skimo race set up. Products arrived promptly and were amazing. Great costumer service, knowledgable staff, fast turn-around time.

Always room for improvement so I can’t give them a 5!! Experience with my purchase was very good(climbing skins) !! Called to make sure the item I was going to purchase was going to be the right fit for my skiis!! Customer service answered my questions to the point, very friendly great conversation!! Will definitely be using them again!! Prices are great!!

Helpful advise, I was able to get the exact set-up I needed at a great price. Skis arrived very quickly in plenty of time for my next adventure.

Skimo is the one place I can call, ask for some obscure parts and the people know what I'm talking about, out hands on it and ship it cheaply to Alaska.

So far I got bindings, game changing boots, parts for skins, and just recently bindings for a friend coming back to ski in the backcountry and their recommendation for boots for him as he’s a big guy and our options are limited. People you can trust. Never had a bad experience but I bet if I did they would
Correct it as best they could.

They went out of their way to help Ned and answer all my questions.
