Skin Rocks レビュー

My first order didn't go through even tho Paypal was showing it was OK, I had to contact the support because nothing was moving - no confirmation, no warning of the failed payment. Unfortunately, nothing they could do, the kit ran out of stock. Conclusion: don't use PayPal for flash sales if you want to be sure to grab your kit.

My second order went through and was shipped rather promptly, however, if you are located in the EU, be aware that you will go through a lot of hassle to get your parcel (local customs) and will have to pay taxes (not only the regular VAT but also some wicked DHL fees, surprise). I am happy with the kit, however, not ready to go through the tax hassle.

Easy to navigate and order.

Love the support oil , but have loads of trouble with the pump , have reported to customer service , however I haven’t been unable to upload a video to support the claim .

The face cream I purchased from this brand has worked wonders for my skin. Its lightweight texture absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling nourished and hydrated. With regular use, I noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of fine lines and an overall boost in radiance. It has become a staple in my skincare routine.

So disappointed 😔
Got the app and was excited to find the best products for me.
Searched for Vegan , SPF and it told me that Bondi Sands was the best for me.
I went to Boots and bought 4 different products- only to find out when I got home they are not Vegan !!!
Really not happy!
I’ve gone back to the app to see if I made a mistake, but no - it’s recommending Non - Vegan products- as Vegan . Not impressed!

I have been a fan of Caroline for many years, and all the kits I have bought have been amazing ! Great value for money, super fast free shipping and incredibly kind customer service. I cannot recommend highly enough buying from Skinrocks and also check out the very comprehensive app you won’t ever go wrong when it comes to your skincare !

The products are of COURSE beautiful, but when part of my order did not arrive Lucy responded to my email basically immediately and the issue was corrected in no time. You can trust the service!

The site as always is easy to navigate, shipping is speedy even to the US and most importantly the product is exceptional, just what we've come to expect from the Queen of skin, Ms. Hirons!

Came to the US faster than something I ordered from California! Package was clean and loving the bag it came with as well!

Wonderful service. I didn’t receive the wash bag but Lucy emailed me and made sure I did! Brilliant brilliant brilliant

Delivered when promised.
Great explanations with the product.
Love the little guide on the lid 👌🏽
And as for the free gift bag bonus - delightful 😀

I rely on Caroline!
And even if I can't afford all her products and kits, also due to taxes, I will always turn to her for information.
I love the app! I find it extremely useful when I need to buy any skincare product for my daughters and me.

Such speedy service. Quick delivery & absolutely loving the moisturiser!

Super quick delivery. Easy ordering process and good communication 😀

Super easy shopping experience, incredibly fast delivery and beautiful products. The retinol 1feels like silk on the skin and has become a staple in my routine. The support oil is a dry oil and really soothes the skin, doesn’t leave you looking greasy and soaks in beautifully. Highly recommend both to anyone. Ps I have combination skin !

The moisturiser and facial oil were delivered within a few days and they are top quality products; my sensitive, rosacea skin already feels smoother, looks more even and feels calmer. The cosmetics bag is great. Great value. Thanks so much!
