Skin Rocks レビュー

Bought twice from Skin Rocks now, and as well as the products being brilliant, they dispatch quickly, and use Royal Mail, which I prefer to other carriers as it's more straightforward to arrange redelivery if I'm not in. I use their Retinoid 1 which is easy to use and kind to my skin.

Swift delivery and extremely happy with the results of the product so far. Would highly recommend!

Customer service is phenomenal - prompt replies & very helpful. I have only tried one product from Skin Rocks but it has become a staple in my routine & I have already got my refills stocked. I will definitely be trying the other products soon. I have full trust in its founder Caroline Hirons & her team as they strive for efficacy, transparency & just their general ethos. Absolutely gorgeous brand, products & people all around.

Such great customer service. There was a problem with delivery and Lucy sent out another immediately and got it in no time.
In love with the support oil

Again a good service highly recommend

As always, really easy to order and quick delivery. 5 stars!

Brilliant and easy to use website and product was quick to arrive

I needed a new refill of the Retinoid 2, which is brilliant for my skin. I also got the Support oil to try and I could read that I needed it. I have never read from a brand : You don't need this.... Which is just amazing .

Caroline Hirons' advice about product and application have been spot on! I was curious to see how her own line of skincare would compare to some of the brands I've used based on her recommendations. I love the two products I purchased: moisturizer and face oil! They are rich in texture without being heavy, and the moisturizer is almost half of what I was paying but just as luxurious and effective, if not better. On both product lids she provides a circle to guide how much product to use- very clever! Delivery was fast even with international shipping. I'll be a continuing customer for sure!

Very informative and straight forward- no faff and the shipping was really fast. I've tried the moisturiser and so far my skin loves it and there are very few things that my skin won't react to. It also makes my skin feel nice and comfortable.

Very easy to order, and very fast delivery, great, definately order again, thankyou... 👍

Very easy to order & was delivered two days later amazing product bought the skin oil & moisturiser feels beautiful on the skin & absorbs nicely usually use epionce products but think I like this more xx

Placed order and it was dispatched on the same day which is great but I’m still waiting for DHL to deliver even though they have had it for a week which is a bit disappointing.

Excellent service. Shipping was fast and products packaged securely. The products themselves are a hit!

A totally flawless shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate, and every product has relevant information. I love the "you need this if" tags; it is like role-based recommendations. I live in the US and had zero incidents with DHL, and my order was at my home in 3 days. Bonus points for letting me use Afterpay (Clearpay for UK shoppers)! I will totally be back for another product as I am beyond satisfied with the Skin Rocks Moisturizer and Support Oil. The moisturizer is so lush and feels so much more expensive. The oil performs wonderfully, and I layer the two for my new go-to nighttime final step.
