Ordered from Skinsli and got weekly updates on my order the whole time, which was nice because I didnt have to chase anyone for info .

Then they sent me a track and the package up in 3 days.

Everything arrived from Seoul sealed and fresh.

Much like many of the reviews, my order was placed, money taken and no communication since and it has almost been a month. The initial order email said it would take no longer than 14 business days to dispatch the product. I have emailed the support email 2 times without any response at all. Support staff does not exist. I will be submitting a cancellation or retraction of payment from my credit card company if no communication is made on the skinsli side. (Order: #3184)

Ordered the Day Cream and Badecasil P from brand 23 Years Old at Skinsli. Shipping took a few extra days but honestly that’: prety normal when it’s coming from Korea, no big deal.

Just glad I could finally get these products because nobody carries this brand where I live

I purchased some cleaning oils in March. They pretend they are earnest by communicating items are delayed and offer to “refund no questions asked” yet it’s not true. I have sent about 4 emails asking for a refund or any response NONE. Until I got an email saying my purchase was cancelled since they couldn’t get the product and yet it’s been beyond 5 business days to receive a refund and nothing. What a scam!

This is honestly the most ridiculous online shopping experience I have ever had in my life.

I placed this order one month ago, and even after waiting that long, I was told that the items had not even been prepared for dispatch. Since then, I have sent almost 8 emails, starting with customer service requests asking for a refund, yet I have received not a single reply. My refund has still not been processed either.

So after making a customer wait for over a month, your company’s response is to ignore every email and refuse to process the refund?

I paid $130 for skincare products and face masks, and yet you are neither replying to my emails nor refunding my money. I genuinely do not understand what your company is doing.

I have never experienced such an absurd online order situation before.

If my refund continues to be ignored, I will formally report this matter.

It has taken longer than expected to get my produce. When I have asked for a refund they did not process it. Do NOT buy from here. It’s a scam.

I love Skinsli! They have a huge selection of Korean beauty products and keep adding new ones. I usually grab twin packs of my favorites since it works out cheaper 💕

Shipping to the US takes about 3 weeks with standard delivery but honestly I'm happy to wait, everything always arrives well packed ✨

Placed two separate orders on the same night and the first one arrived without any issues, everything was packed well and all items matched my order. Still waiting on the second one but I know shipping from Korea can take a bit so I'm not too worried. Products came fresh with good expiry dates. Overall pretty happy with Skinsli.

My go to place for skincare products. Prices are competitive and they run sales pretty often so you can get some good deals.

I use their priority shipping from Seoul and it gets here faster than I expected. Everything always arrives well packed and in good condition.

I had a question about import duty once and honestly didn't expect to hear back. But they replied within a few days and sorted it out which was nice.

Overall happy with Skinsli. Products are always fresh with good expiry dates and exactly what I ordered. Can't complain.

Wrote to them 3 times and no reply. My order is still not delivered after 1 month delay . I will not order from the ever . Genuinely a scam company with ZERO customer service .

Pour Skinsli : pas besoin de repondre et pretendre que vous vous en souciez puisque vous n'avez rien fait en 3 semaines depuis mon signalement.

I recently ordered $150+ in product and never received it. Customer service never answered any of my emails specifically with my order number and email confirmation from their own site that they received my order. Prior to that, I had six months of great service from Skinsli. Because my previous shipments went well, I continued to order from them, but I will not again.

Ordered about two months ago and havent received any updates whatsoever about where the package is , do not recommend

I posted a review on Skinsli a month ago and I was told to wait for my package for a month but now receive a cancellation for my order. :( Sad that I was given a false hope as I was looking forward to having the products.

Placed an order on this site and never got the items purchased. Contacted the company twice and received no response. Buyers beware!

Order 2914. I have been emailing support and the manager but no response until now. The same goes for texting this number 79933575765 but no update or anything. It has been almost a month since my order. Your customers would appreciate if got any update from our order.

Updated (03/19/2026): Why was my order cancelled? Ok whatever you guys, please do not order from this company. I haven't even received my refund yet and waited one month for my order. If you guys ordered from here and your item hasn't arrived, contact the authorities in korea. By God's name do not order from this company if you don't want to be scammed.

This review is for the product itself. I found this product through song of skin.com and song of skin on TikTok. I purchased a product from song of skin on TikTok via their website and they’re shipping is literally next day to second day lightning fast. I got this as a sample and fell in love. So I went back to song of skin and ordered it from their website. If you’re interested in this product, you are better off ordering it from “their”website (song of skin) as THIS company themselves seems very small.
