Terrible experience
Boarding on fraudulent
Late delivery , poor quality . Then came the returns nightmare …Out of the far east , offered me 5% of cost price , then 10 % then 25% ( after advising me that returns would be very expensive and delayed due to their new warehousing !!) bottom line product I don’t want £85 and best they can do is offer me 25% of this … don’t use .. scam .. try use U.K. based in future .. shocking

Terrible products and appalling service. Cheap Chinese polyester instead of advertised items.
Now obviously fraudulent and refuse refunds.
Do not use at any cost. Be warned!!

Took 20 days to arrive. Wrong colour, wrong size when it did. Awful. Avoid avoid avoid

Excellent product. The colour was selected as red but on receipt it is more obviously purple.

The experience was good and the product was exactly how it was made
The firm is very polite and friendly and you get fast and safely wrapped item

Stay away from this company quality is rubbish and to return they ask to pay £10.99 for shipping.

Beware - will not accept returns. Bought an item which was very poorly made and company will not accept returns easily. Do not buy from them

I ordered a Jacket costing £64.50 from this online retailer. The initial item took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the quality of the garment was terrible, no internal pockets, no labels, made entirely out of polyester, and the size was not as advertised.These are clearly cheap Chinese imports. I requested a larger sized item, and had to pay for the postage and that arrived again after 10+ days. Although the label stated it was the next size up, I measured the 2 items and they are the same size. The customer service answer your emails but will not refund the full amount. Be aware this is not Skopes, that sells decent items, buyer beware !!!.
