very nice people! on time , 2/1 i ordered,delivery went well coffin beutiful just not the one I purchaced on line! i got a message of an upgrade that actually cost 600$ more but at time of purchace my original coffin said available but next day after purchace gone!

I cannot put into words how great Skycaskets are. I had problems with another casket company that I prepaid and was told it will be in California waiting for me to call when I needed it. They did not honor their commitment. I needed a purple casket by the next day. Skycaskets stepped up and said they have the color and would be their the next morning. If I had to give them a star rating from 1 to 5 they would get a 10 star. Great people that care about making the process easy and helping the customer in their time of need! After receiving the wrong casket from another company, Matthew kindly and swiftly helped us through an extremely stressful situation. We were able to order a new custom casket, less than 48 hours before the funeral. A huge help and reasonable price with added discount, Matthew and Skycaskets were able to relieve our stress while uplifting our hearts at an already painful time. It was very healing working with the sky casket staff. They felt like family. They kind of became family through the process.

They were more than patient with us as they walked us through the process. When you lose a loved one you feel like you are walking around in a fog. We made mistakes and changes and they lovingly worked with us through everything. They were also able to rush our order as ours was a terrible unexpected loss.

No one should ever have to purchase a casket for their child but Matthew made the process very smooth and easy as purchasing a custom casket could be. I wanted something special and as I was talking about it he was designing something I had in my mind. I shared the things my son loved from his favorite NFL team to his favorite musical group. And wow! I was impressed and excited at the same time. In my grief I had a sense of joy in what was being created for my boy.

The staff provided compassionate care the day my husband passed. I was skeptical buying a casket online but I took thr leap of faith and purchased it. Everything promised was provided. The casket was delivered the next day to thr funeral home. Thank you.

My sister of 71 years passed away yesterday, and it is devastating to lose her in my life. I was supposed to meet with the funeral home today, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it yet. This was totally unexpected. We had talked briefly about what we would want for our funeral after we lost our mom 11 years ago and my husband 7 years ago. I knew she wanted a wooden casket. She was a big girl and I didn't know if the funeral home would have a casket to fit her. I had ordered a casket on line 7 years ago for my husband, so I started looking on line for larger sized wooden caskets to see what was available. By the grace of God, I found Matthew at Sky Caskets. A number was listed to get more information. When I called Matthew introduced himself as the CEO of the company that had been in business for 42 years. We had hoped for a miracle this week to save my sister, but our miracle ended up being Matthew. When he asked for the name of the funeral home we were using, it was one of his customers. In fact they had a truck with caskets for them ready to leave in minutes. Matthew worked to process my order quickly and get her casket on the truck before it left. It will be delivered to the funeral home around the time I meet with them tomorrow. I can't tell you how wonderful Matthew was to work with. He was so compassionate during the process. He went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend anyone who needs help during this type of difficult situation to contact Sky Caskets. In addition to excellent service, you will get a beautiful casket at a considerabl savings over what the funeral home would charge you directly.

It was a beautiful a casket and fast delivery, but the rush delivery charges ended up being almost as much as the casket. Casket price, $1600. Delivery charge, $1,300. Last year I bought another casket from another company, and I was only charged $300. for rush delivery. otherwise it would've been free delivery.

Please look up Sunset Caskets or Fast Caskets and make your own opinion before ordering from this company who operates as Sky Caskets now.

This experience added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time. We initially ordered a casket and soon realized it was not the correct one, so a second order was placed for the appropriate casket. At first, we were told the original casket could be handled through resale and that returning it would not be an issue. That assurance later changed.

Communication throughout the process was unclear and often contradictory. Rather than offering a simple return solution, we were pressured regarding a chargeback and given shifting explanations. At one point, there was even discussion of delivering an unwanted casket to a private residence despite there being no ability to store it.

After making repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly and receiving no real assistance, the credit card company reviewed the situation and ultimately ruled in our favor through the chargeback process.

A return for an item ordered in error should be handled with professionalism and compassion, especially when it involves something as sensitive as funeral arrangements. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not recommend this company.

For the record, we did not retain both the casket and the funds. Due to the lack of a clear return or pickup plan, the casket was ultimately delivered to and stored at a private residence while the chargeback process played out. We repeatedly requested written instructions for return or pickup and were instead pressured to cancel the chargeback.

We relied on representations that the original casket would be handled through resale. When no definitive return process or timeline was provided, the card issuer reviewed the documentation from both parties and ruled in our favor.

The correct casket arriving in time does not negate the absence of a clear return process or the unnecessary stress caused afterward. Our review accurately reflects our experience.

Matthew was incredibly helpful during one of the hardest times our family has faced. When you lose a loved one, you don’t always know how to plan or what questions to ask, and Matthew guided me through everything with compassion. He took the time to explain how my brother would fit into a casket I was worried might be too small, helping me visualize it and easing my concerns and also saved me a couple thousand dollars not having to purchase a bigger casket. He even shared that he could relate to my brother’s size and has a genuine soft spot for larger men, which meant more than he probably realized.

After I placed the order, Matthew immediately processed it, and I received a call the very next morning with delivery details. My brother’s casket was delivered the following day without any issues.

From speaking with Matthew, it was a blessing how he went above and beyond to make sure that my family was properly taken care of and stress-free with purchasing a casket for our loved one during this difficult time. I would 100% recommend everyone to this company as they listen to your needs, display compassion and empathy, and work with you to find the most suitable casket that best fits your budget.

Matt was great we needed to get it in a storm and he held up loading of truck to make sure ours got onto the shipment that was going out that day. Casket arrived as it was supposed on time - also many people at funeral commented on how nice casket was and thought we had spent over $10k on it alone. This is the only place you need. They are reliable and trustworthy in a time of need.

Shane provided excellent customer service and was very compassionate. He went the extra mile to explain the entire process from ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend Skycaskets for your casket needs.
