The customer service was exceptional. We called the toll-free number late in the evening. The CEO--of all people--answered the call, gave us a good price on a casket, and moved quickly to ensure the casket would be on a truck scheduled to leave the warehouse within minutes of our call. Anyone who goes to a bank, store, restaurant, or almost anywhere else knows customer service in the U.S. is practically dead, dead, dead. This company is a rare exception.

It was shipped on time and at less than half of what it would have cost retail at the funeral home. I called other "overnight", "on time guaranteed" casket companies and just got the runaround on what was available versus the lowball prices they had on their website and an inability to meet delivery requirements.
