One of the hardest decisions to make when a loved one has passed away is the selection of the casket. Our family contacted Sky Caskets in Spring of 2024 when my mother passed away.

From a "live person" who happened to be the owner (Matthew) answering the telephone, to the selection of the casket, and to shipping the casket to the Funeral Home...the Staff left no stone unturned.

There were so many caskets it seemed overwhelming. Matthew however, asked me to tell him about my mother. Based on what I told him, he suggested 2 caskets, one of which we chose.

They took a lot of weight off of our shoulders and assured us that we would receive a quality product in a timely manner. We were more than pleased.

Sadly today, my baby brother passed away and I contacted Sky Caskets once again. The staff seemed like "family" in that they remembered us from last year. Matthew was sad to hear we had reached out so soon after losing my mother. He immediately asked what they could do for us. Within one hour the casket order was placed. This time we requested a "custom made" casket.

You will not find another company that is highly professional yet sensitive and attentive to your needs, when it comes to personalizing a casket for your loved one.

I highly recommend Sky Caskets.

Beware of the fake positive reviews!! This company is horrible. Sent a casket for our loved one that looked spray painted. Decals were all bubbled, the whole thing was horrible. The owner pretends to connect with you on a personal level and states that he cares about your family… lies. The minute you want to send the casket back they decline to let you and say that they’ll fix it, again another lie. $7,000 for junk that needed to be completely redone. Save yourself the stress during the loss of your loved one. This company is trash.

Matthew gave me his personal phone # and made a difficult time so easy. I could hope that God blesses him and his family. I would highly recommend this company. God’s blessings to all!

During a very difficult time , a time when thinking clearly isn’t really possible the people at sky caskets were very helpful and comforting. Our casket we picked was a cedar casket…it was beautiful. The funeral home staff in oakhurst, California was truly impressed with the quality and how it came with a real wood smell. We are from a small logging community and this is something that many many people commented on at the service.. the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship. The casket arrived the day they said it would. Being shipped from New York to California had me a little nervous but sky caskets called me first thing in the morning to make sure the casket was in on the first freight out in the morning. For it being one of the saddest decisions to make they made it very easy at a difficult time.

During the loss of a loved one, the grief alone is overwhelming, and our family also faced the challenge of finding an affordable casket. We discovered Sky Caskets. Matthew and team were absolutely fantastic—professional, compassionate, warm, and prompt. Unbelievable how beautiful my daughter’s casket turned out. We really wanted to represent who our daughter was and they listened to our ideas and really put their hearts into making it the most beautiful casket for her. OUTSTANDING! I spoke with the owner, Matthew, who treated us with such compassion and swift care that we knew God had a hand in our choice of providers. He was knowledgeable about the funeral home, he placed our father’s order for shipment within 20 minutes to arrive next day, and gave us the best pricing on the market. We knew our father would approve and highly recommend their services.

In our time of bereavement ...Skycasket made a choosing a casket very easy....we choose the gunmetal 20 gauge steel silver ... the customer service representative we spoke to on the phone was very professional and assured us that this would suit our budget and desired specifications and appearance. They offered a significant savings compared to other companies. The entire team was helpful and went above and beyond to make the process off purchasing shipping and clearing it seamless. Thank you for making this sad occasion an bearable experience.

I can’t say enough positive things about SkyCaskets. They were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s SO rare to come across a company that truly cares about the families they serve, but SkyCaskets went above and beyond. This company is terrible. We had a child pass and this company took complete advantage of us. First, they sent the wrong size. We ordered a 36-inch casket and was sent a 33-inch one and refused to let their driver take it back and told us to hold it until they could resell it. It has been almost 8 months, they refuse to return calls and now they are telling us to pay to ship it back to them and pay a restocking fee. Do not use this company.

When a funeral director and his staff go on and on about how beautiful a casket is, and then remark on the outstanding price and quality, you know you did business with the right company. Matt assured me and followed up with me every step of the way. Mom was laid to rest like a deserving queen. Trust me we were so nervous to buy online. But wow, we have no regrets. Thank you Matt and team.

My sister and I were a little hesitant to order a casket online, but I was very expertly guided through the process by the company rep. We ordered the Misty Rose Casket, which was beautiful and of great quality. It was very similar to what was offered at the funeral home at a higher price. It was delivered directly to the funeral home in the short time frame that was stated.

I was very pleased dealing with Sky Caskets, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone during their time of need.

Great people, Matthew was a big help on talking to me and my wife what we wanted for our son he help every step of the way, and Shane done a hell of a job on designing the wrap we wanted for our and also did a hell of a job on the panel thank you guys very much and thank you all for taking care of us as well

They were great at walking me thru the process. My daughter was an avid Hello Kitty fan. This company custom made Kaiya’s casket. It was beautiful and everything I had hoped for.
They were quick to get it finished and shipped to us in a few days. Their work is phenomenal and everyone loved it.
I know my daughter loved it as well.
I would recommend them to everyone wanting to personalize their loved ones final resting vessel.
You guys did an awesome job! It did not make the situation any easier but their craftsmanships made sending my daughter off on to her next journey less to worry about . Kaiya looked comfortable and I know she was smiling down and feeling special .

I called Sky Caskets hoping to find an affordable option over what the funeral home offered. Mathew was so helpful and guided me to ensure I purchased the correct size casket and color. I received text picture of my options. The price was affordable. We were done in record time. I appreciate Mathew for lightening the heaviness during this difficult time.
