Matthew at Sky Caskets is the best. He is so concerned about you and your family being happy and make’s sure that you are. We are very pleased with his service and his product. If you are looking for a casket and want to save money and get the best casket call Sky Caskets. They are by far the best casket company in the US

This was the most wonderful experience at this sad time. I just contacted Skycaskets on a whim and they handled everything so professionaly it was unbelivable. Time wasof an essence but they came through like champs. I will definitly recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with Sky Caskets exceeded my expectations. Matthew listened very well to details.I thank Matthew and Shane for easing some of the pain (although I will forever miss my Dad) from my family and I with such an amazing, beautiful masterpiece fit for any President of The United States of America!!
Helpful hints: 1.know exactly what you're looking for and your budget because these guys are eager to please their customers.
2. Give them at least 3 to 4 days to deliver your casket.
3. Confirm your delivery date at least the day before delivery.

Sky Caskets provided superb customer support offering a great product at a price far below what families are being charged at funeral homes. This company is on the level and delivers on its pronises.

I felt VERY swindled by this company. The man who answered the phone who said he and his father were the owners did an incredible amt of fast talking, cross talking, saying this and that, etc. and I had to try and navigate talking to him, my feelings of loss, my siblings, and their feelings while planning the funeral. He DEFINITELY took advantage of our emotional state and had me sign for a casket that was nearly 3x the posted price inside of a 10 min call. This was among the worst customer service interactions I've ever had!

The reply to this review from the company did not address my concerns regarding me being in a locked contract due to a high pressured, fast-talking manner including saying things like, this has to be signed (and processed) 14 minutes in order for it to get on the truck! The man on the phone was NOT patient, did NOT go through things in a detailed, patient, respectful manner. What an amazing experience. At such a fragile time, it was so refreshing to speak with Matthew and Shane and purchase a beautiful casket for our dear mother. They made this task such an easy one. I would not hesitate using them again for any casket needs we may need in the future!

I purchased two Carolina cedar caskets from Sky Caskets in February of 2023. They were air freight shipped to me in a timely manner. My beloved wife and soulmate of 53 years passed away on Jan. 01, 2025. My son and I unpacked the heavy cardboard shipping and storage crate and couldn’t believe our eyes. It was absolutely beautiful, even more so than on the Sky Caskets website! We received many positive comments about it at my wife’s wake and funeral mass. One of the funeral directors at the local funeral home that handled the arrangements said that the casket was the most beautiful and well crafted he had ever seen! I would highly recommend Sky Caskets to anyone making final arrangements for their loved one.

The website was easy to read and understand the styles offered, as well as the pricing. However, I discovered the best way to buy one is to not wait for the person to die, but to order it about 2 weeks before. I was told to wait until death. I ended up paying 1500 dollars in unnecessary expedited shipping.

We specifically asked that the casket be no larger than 28" wide. The guy lied and said it was 28". I noticed that the hardware was sticking out a little on the corners and called the company and said please, it needs to be no wider than 28". It arrived and it is twenty eight and one quarter inches wide. These people screw even the dead.

Casket was delivered too far in advance of the service.

Funeral home was included in an email and now receives spam from Skycaskets

Despite the Christmas holiday, Skycaskets got a casket to another state for a family member's burial in less than 24 hours. I ordered the casket at about 5:30 PM on Dec. 23, and it arrived at the funeral home before 11 AM on Christmas Eve. After calls to about three other casket delivery companies, I had almost given up hope on the afternoon of Dec. 23 of getting a casket to the funeral home the next day. I decided Skycaskets would be the last company I called. One of the owners, Matthew, spoke with me for some time to answer all my questions and made an absolute promise the casket would arrive the next day on time. He had the company on high alert to ensure the casket arrived on Dec. 24th, and, despite being with his family for Christmas Eve, he texted me to let me know the casket arrived. He and the company did a fantastic job. His service in a sad time for my family was a much-needed blessing.

This may be a duplicate, the past few weeks have been a blur since our dad passed, but if it is a duplicate it's worth the extra credit received. This company went above and beyond for an American patriot. We could not get a casket delivered on time from anywhere else since it was over a holiday weekend, let alone a custom military casket. Thank you Shane and team, you blessed us immensely!

I was very surprised to speak direct to the CEO Mr.Mathew Warner Cheap Casket rather a sale person stated that one of his salesmen must have accidentally hit the wrong button and it went to his office he was very very polite and told me don't worry rather the waiting on a salesman he would help me in a time of grieving over my love I was so please.I never a CEO to show kindness when he own the Company.

Sky Caskets did an amazing job helping me through the process. They took time to empathize and help me with the logistics. I would recommend SkyCaskets to anyone!

Our son passed away in September, at 6, leaving behind an identical twin and 1 year old sister. My wife and I lost sleep trying to find the right casket for him. This proved challenging. Our final efforts landed us with Sky Caskets. We were able to get connected with Matt. The utmost compassion and service to make sure he was able to get the perfect casket for our son, in remarkable time. Hands down great company and easy to work with at a time that is the most difficult. It’s a referral I hope to never give, but glad to be able to share.

My experience was more than just great but a blessing. Having to bury my baby brother they not only made it easy but the CEO himself blessed my soul. I'm grateful for all of their assistance and with 9 minutes to spare to get casket to us. I'm grateful to the Lord above for His many blessings.

Kind, compassionate, caring. I didn't feel pressured at all into spending more than was necessary. They took great care of me and my sweethearts.

One of the best experiences ever! Their ability to accommodate our request in such a fast and professional manner was greatly appreciated! During the most horrific time of our lives, they were able to bring some comfort knowing our little bro would be proud of what he is being laid to rest in.
