My husband ordered a Casket and the price was $1595.00 plus $295.00 shipping. I spoke with Shane who tried to upsale me to a more expensive Casket. I spoke with my husband and shared this information with Shane and he insisting that he paid the higher price. I find this to be poor business practices/

Unfortunately our family had tragedy twice in the last few months. Both times we reached out to this company and they were very professional and courteous to us. The caskets arrived unharmed and exactly as they should have. There was never any hold up or worry. Thank you for making this as simple as possible and the prices are very reasonable.

Matthew was helpful and compassionate at a time when our hearts were hurting, and our heads were swirling with all the details that needed to be attended to. To be honest, I was very scared to buy a casket online...what are the guarantees? And then you read conflicting reviews.
But Matthew kept his word, and Skycaskets delivered a BEAUTIFUL cedar casket a day EARLIER than was promised, with no issues. Reasonably priced (especially compared to those sold at funeral homes), reliable service, and a beautiful product that honored our Dad. At a difficult time in a family's life, what a blessing. Amazing quality casket! The team was very professional and very helpful in providing the necessary information to help with the decision making process. The casket was delivered efficiently and in perfect condition. The wood finish mirrored that of a brand new piano!

“Will not purchase again and I’m going to tell the Hmong community too. What Mathew said was all lied, purchased the casket and was so disappointed. He told me he had worked with a lot Hmong people and knows really well, Well that was BS. Only he can lie to me but he will not be lying to my Hmong communities anymore. If I can give this company a star then I highly will rate him/them -100 stars. He then told me “ oh, you don’t have to read all the document and I got it for you.” BS!!! The funeral home call me back and told me the casket what I wanted and have bought is not the one I’m asking Mathew.

When my father passed I wanted to honor him with something special. He was the biggest Nebraska Cornhusker fan so I came to Matt with a special request for a Husker-themed casket. Sky Caskets exceeded all of my expectations! Thank you!

This was the most helpful and professional company that we dealt with during the funeral process. They went above and beyond to get the casket to the funeral home earlier than they ever said they would. Matthew stayed in touch with me the whole time. We did not have a good experience at the funeral home and I felt he went above and beyond for us to help ease what we were going thru. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional, caring service. The fact that he was a christian man furthered my faith in them to do what was right. The quality and workmanship was exactly what my kids had hoped for and many compliments were given about it. Thank you is not enough!

Beautiful caskets and Mathew made the process so easy. They go above and beyond and provide exquisite products for less than half the cost at the funeral home. When you experience a loss and want the best quality and zero hassle they will take the best care of you.

I ordered a coffin for my husband , a friend had told us about going with overnight coffins , but when i called them they had no valts they were on back order. So called this company Sky Caskets , i knew my husband was dying when i made the call , i told them this , i said he is dying as we speak, because he wasnt waking at all , the hospice nurse had told me that morning he wouldnt live over a few more hrs. Sky Caskets said they would have the coffin there by lunch the next day, i thought i was paying 1,298.oo for the coffin and close to 4 hundred for shipping, then he dies at 5;10 the next morning , i held him in my arms all night ,he was so good to me,knew if it had been me he would have done the same thing for me. Got to the furneral home at 4 oclock that evening,they had received no coffin ,when i called Sky Caskets from there they said it was going to be shipped some time the next day ,the funeral was to be next morning ,keeping with my husbands wishes. I said i would have to get a coffin from funeral home, that is when Matthew went off, i mean bad !! He is now trying to make me pay him 1,954.65 for a coffin i never received,he is telling my charge card company i changed my mind on the kind of coffin, that is an out and out lie,i had no coffin to bury my husband in !! Do not have anything to do with this company ,Matthew is a crook of the worst kind ,trying to take advantage of a widow , who has just lost the love of her life !! But we will see who wins in this case !

I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

Matthew was dishonest about the final cost of a casket that was purchased for my sister. He quoted a final price of $2792 then he gave me a $400 discount for being a veteran. The final should be $2392. My credit card was charged $2592 and when I questioned him about the price charged to my credit card, he gave me different reasons. During our last conversation, I told him that he was changing his story again and he hung up on me. Matthew is very rude and unprofessional, especially after he has your money. I wish I had read their reviews first. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY.

I called and talked to Matthew about a casket for my son I let him know what I wanted he took advantage of the fact that my son's favorite color was red and sent me what he wanted he even started with one price and then changed to another saying it was taxes I went alone with it,I had to change funeral homes the casket was supposed to be custom so it hadn't been shipped so he charged me for changing where to ship even though it hadn't been shipped I went alone with that it was supposed to be 18 gauge he sent 20 it was supposed to have round corners he sent square he is a CROOK with capital letters I don't know if it was racist or not at first it didn't seem like it but there was a underlying motive to deceive me during a very vulnerable moment one thing I do God is not to be mocked everything you do from now on will crumble I'll read about sky Casket.

Gouged me for another $540 for what I had already paid $395 for overnight shipping. Shame on you.
