caused frustration and hassles.today with the flights booked by him.. he lied to us!!! And it is not appreciated especially when we told him we had senior citizens flying on those bookings. .He stated call the day before flying and he would guarantee personnel will be sitting together . He also stated that Row C was second to last to board and that the boarding went up to E. All of the above was absolutely lies. ROW C is the last to board and NO! personnel flying are not sitting together. Will Never book again with Mr. Eden or Sky Hike.
I belive it is now impossible to trust you for further bookings. And the rating Will definitely change to very poor. Will be calling you and your supervisor

Edon is the best tech expert I have ever worked with from any company I have traveled with, he js thvery dilgent doing his work and does itvwith very much confidence so as not to make a customer nervous and not trusting what he does and knows all the tricks to yiur trade!!!!
