Michal has helped us in so many ways. With his guidance, we were able to save enough money to buy a home, set up college accounts for our children, advise us on work retirement accounts, put a will together, and the list continues. There is absolutely no way we could have accomplished all of these financial goals without him. Moreover, he is professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with.

I've been working with Michal since 2016 and he's been a wealth of knowledge, extremely responsive, embraces the latest tools in fintech and is always a pleasure to work with. I hired Michal 4 years ago after finding him in a NYT article about financial planners that don’t base their fees on a percentage fee on trades. I now pay a fixed modest percentage on my assets.
I left Fidelity Portfolio Services for Michal and Skylark Wealth. Michal went through my holdings at Fidelity with a fine-toothed comb. I was shocked and surprised that it wasn’t a coincidence that so many of my assets were invested in Fidelity instruments. Many of them had very high loads that Fidelity collected. The percentage fees I was paying, thus, was much much higher than I seemed. The way it worked at Fidelity was that I had a voice meeting once a year to discuss the investments and how to adjust them.
Michal completely took control of all of my investing and I trust him 100%.
Michal provides very very responsive service. And he does not only provide the investment strategy, trades, etc. He provides me with financial advice of all kinds. And not just financial but lifestyle decisions. He advised me on, for instance:
Is it a good time to sell my house and move into a great apartment in SF?
How much rent can I afford?
Who can I hire to do my taxes? (And he works with the tax preparer to provide most of the documents and THEN goes over the final taxes thoroughly. And he has found significant errors that were to our detriment)
Can you find me a lawyer to help with a pre-nuptial agreement?
What type of credit card should I get? Is it bad to cancel my old credit card?
Should I get a HELOC for my new house? Fixed or variable rate?
He goes through all of the boring paperwork involved in choosing a health care insurance provider. HSA? FSA?
He spends all the time you need in meetings with him to discuss things - no extra charge.
Should I take Social Security payments at age 62? 65? 70?
I can’t recommend Michal enough.
