We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the blind is of a fantastic quality and looks great!
The blind not only looks good but has also made the room much warmer too.
I couldn't fault the service. The communication is brilliant and I even forgot to register my 5 year warranty and Naomi did it for me - thanks!
I also ordered my blind and an hour later received an email for 10% off. Naomi very kindly honoured this and refunded the difference!

From answering my inquiry to delivery in a good timeframe and advice on installation, the team were very helpful – even being proactive in registering my warranty when I had forgotten to do so. I thoroughly recommend them, and the product looks good, functions well and feels to be a good quality.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great company to deal with very easy friendly communication through WhatsApp followed up by a phone call the following day. With the help of the website with measuring for the blind it made light work of it. When my blind come through the post,again in very good time the install was very quick and easy with yet again the help from there website. I wish i had installed this blind years ago as it keeps in so much more heat in these winter months. Very good product

Excellent product and well made. Makes a massive difference in keeping heat inside in winter and I imagine heat out in summer. Need several people to put into position depending on size. I strongly recommend these blinds.

The electric blind is a great quality and fitted perfectly. Will definitely order again when we renovate tge rest of the house.

Great customer service and advice.

I ordered a blind for my roof lantern,from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for more help.i was talked through getting all the measurements that was needed.was sent colour samples picked my colour for blind and frame colour.it was for a large lantern but felt it was a brilliant price.was updated when blind was been made and when it was dispatched.when it came was not complicated at all to fit was put together and fitted within 30 mins.looks really lovely great quality couldn’t be more pleased.Brilliant company wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
