We are very pleased with our new skylight blind, it's been up for a few weeks and it has made a big difference to our orangary, cuts out the draft and makes the room warmer. Our builder who installed it has already recommended it to one of his customers, steve was very helpful and guided us through the ordering procedure

Fantastic service and after care from Naomi for our skylight electric blind.

We had measured the length incorrectly but called up Naomi who arranged to have them sent back and trimmed and re delivered to us. She then kept in touch and told us how to get everything up and running. Blind looks fantastic

I was more than pleased with my experience with Skylight Blinds especially with the young lady Naomi,the information I received from how to measure up to actual fitting the blind was second to none and I would recommend them to anybody and would certainly use them again,well done to everybody concerned.

The blinds are both good quality and good value and the customer service is excellent. I also found the blinds reasonably easy to install, which was a relief as often these sorts of purchases can turn into a nightmare when you try to put them up!!

Initial quality issue was worked through with reasonable support by email/video call.

Installation would have been easier if full pdf guides were better signposted rather than ridiculously simple ‘Ta-dah!’short YouTube videos. Took google to find out how to reset the motor end stops which then took me to the company website.

My horizontal atrium blind is 3.4m x 1.1m which felt like it was getting beyond the limits of the design; racking and twisting due to the weight of motor and battery in either end during installation. The joint in the side rails should be made much more robust recognising that shipping would be complicated by not having a join.

Now it’s up I’m very happy with the product.

Two separate orders for separate lantern windows. Both times our experience was really good, we were kept up to date at every stage and very happy with measurement instructions. We fitted the blinds both times ourselves and love the result and quality.

Our neighbour got one of these blinds and was very impressed. Skylight blinds were very helpful and Naomi even queried our measurements. Modern builders do not seem to build exact rectangles! It was a large orangerie blind, but my husband and I managed to fit it ourselves (we are in our 70’s). Excellent service and quality! Competitively priced!
Also good choice of materials and colours.

Excellent customer service, we had our package left in a bad place by DPD leading to it being stolen. Not the fault of Skylight blinds-direct but they a new custom blind made and delivered to us within a week.

I had many questions concerning the blind. How it would fit, how many times it would open and shut on a charge, the choice of fabric. The team responded clearly and answered all my queries. That gave me confidence to proceed with the order.
The team kept me informed of the progress and when I thought I had a problem during installation they contacted me immediately and everything was resolved - no issues with the blind just me having a senior moment.
So far the blind is doing exactly what we wanted and has made the room comfortable and a joy to be in.
If I had any criticism it would be a wish for more detailed instructions - the pictures and video left room for interpretation but if you can build flatpack furniture and are used to DIY, measuring, drilling and have enough people to help lift it in then you will manage.

We've now had our blind up on our large kitchen skylight for a month and it is proving to be a real asset. In recent hot, sunny weather the kitchen was cool instead of baking; now, when the nights are drawing in, the closed blind creates a cosy atmosphere. Excellent service from the team at Skylight Blinds, from measuring and ordering help to reminding me about the guarantee. Fitting the blind wasn't easy due to its size, but it was a worthwhile task with a positive result.

Great blinds for my conservatory.Fairly easy installation needed 2 people to lift and install.
Delivery information was good and the quality is excellent.
