My wife was given a Skylight from the family for her 70th birthday.
Although she is pleased with the device, when I set it up for her I made a mistake with setting the email address for everyone to send photos to.
I emailed Skylight on 20th February as you cannot reset this particular email yourself - Skylight have to do it for you.
No reply, so I followed up with another email on 26th February, and still no reply!
I wish my wife had been given a different make of frame as Skylight obviously don’t care about customer service.

It does so much, organises our family, helps with meal planning, shows family photos. We start each day checking in with the calendar.

Supposed to be easy and seamless. It’s not. Setup had lots of problems. Doesn’t easily transfer calendars from phone to skylight. Tried to transfer work calendar kept coming over with odd times. Contacted skylight help, it’s because my hours were approved in another state but I am in qld time and doesn’t convert. So calendar doesn’t really do what I want it to do.

I've had it for 1 month and so far it has been amazing. After years of trying to do many different types of things to get routines done they have never held or worked. It has been a month and so far the kids are sticking to the skylight calendar routine mostly and doing their routines which is been absolutely amazing. I can't wait to get onto using the meal plan feature as hopefully that will also help a lot. It's great that they're always making updates and changes and advising of those through the skylight app easily to read. It is pricey, definitely, but it helps in many ways.

When I add events into the app, they do not show up in my view but can be seen by my wife on her phone.

Easy to use and a great organiser for the family now we all know whats happening when, a shared grocery list and the kids have a great chart for activities to complete

Love it. Device died, but has been replaced quickly. I'm very grateful as we have been a user for a year and it has bought our family a lot of joy (photos) and saved us a lot of angst keeping the kids up to date with what is happening (calendar). It might be good in future if the app could be used on our own devices in future. I'm playing with the tasks and routines at the moment and would be happy to give feedback on these features if Skylight cares. LOVE this whole thing for our family.

Would like more customisations, ability to create a home page with customisable widgets like some rivals of similar price.
Like its not Chinese owned Co. Like the look. Reasonable value for money.
App could be a simpler to use when it come to rewards and stars.

Love our new skylight - some small editing improvements would genuinely make this so so awesome. Thank you for making our life easier.

Fantastic product, has been a huge help to organising the family. Weve connected the calenders with other wider family members so everyone is coordinated at last!

Love my skylight! Less than a week in and feel a lesser mental load, increased productivity and kids who WANT to do chores! It's like my own little personal assistant and worth its weight in gold :)

We absolutely love our Skylight Calendar. It has been a game changer for our family. My partner works shift work, so syncing our calendars in one place has made it much easier to keep up with his schedule.

Our two girls, 4 and 7, love the tasks, chores and rewards system. They happily tick off their morning and evening routines and can clearly see what they have left to do. Their favourite part is guessing which emoji will rain down after completing their daily tasks.

The recipe import feature from socials or websites is also incredibly convenient and has made meal planning simple.

It has been such a positive addition to our home and we recommend it to our friends all the time.

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with the frame (my fault) , resolved within the hour. I cannot recommend enough. The product (calendar) is also great, really easy to use and si helpful in organising meals and events. Love it.

Easy to use, lots more functions than just a calendar. We are more organised and the children can easily use it
