Had an issue with installing a new modpack for the server, opened a support ticket on Discord and less than a minute later i had a response from Eddie, and less than five minutes after that he had installed the new modpack for me and added support for it.

Out of many server hosts, I believe Skynode to be the best when it comes down to its pricing for its hardware and especially their support. They are willing to look through problems you may have on your server and dive deep into testing and solving any problem. I can't recommend any other server hosting service enough.
