Eddie was incredibly patient with me on adressing my issues with setting up my server. He helped lead me without judgement to the mistakes I had made and helped me resolve them.

Took a lot of time out of his day and was very efficient and helpful.

I received a very fast response and even though my issue was a non standard query, I still felt like my issue was given thought instead of a copy paste response.

Walson came ready at an unorthodox hour with an instant response time & offered options to solve my issue. Ultimately it just required me to do a bit more work but it was great for the ticket to stay open in case anything else arose.

Other than the website ticketing service being not much use, it atleast redirected me to the discord ticketing to help us setup the server. And it goes quickly from there.

Liam responded promptly and gave me the information I needed very quickly I was having an issue with my server not starting due to a version mismatch that I did not realize and Liam identified it quickly and informed me of the solution.

Great Support that was able to adress and solve my issue.

Overall good support team. I'll be honest with you guys, I probably submit a ticket every few months, usually about some dumb that's probably my fault for not being super up to date about running whatever server I'm running. Every time I've submitted a ticket though I've been treated with respect and kindness, with the issue usually being resolved in a short amount of time.

The Minecraft support team is very responsive, usually getting a response in usually less than 20 minutes or so. Most of the time it's pretty quick, and the issue is resolved in a few minutes. I did need a hand a time or two that it needed to be escalated and that took a bit longer but for the issue related to JVM arguments it was a pretty reasonable response time.

My recent experience with my Terraria server was also pretty good. The Terraria team seems to be smaller, I've only dealt with Eddie so far but they seem great. Both times I reached out they let me know about the issue and educated me a bit about running a Terraria server. It's great that the team knows what they're doing and are helpful.

I wouldn't say I have anything bad to say about Skynode, although one caveat for my Minecraft server was that their storage options for the server don't go high enough (over 40gb, so definitely a more niche problem). But that was just a support ticket away from being solved, and a fairly quick one at that.

The Tech support helped me quickly and effective. Even sorted everything out for an extra question. Great stuff!

I like the prices of the server, very cheap, customer support is also very helpful and very patient with me. Overall everyone that I talked to from the skynode team is very kind. The specs of the CPU and Ram are also really good for its price.

Helped fix multiple issues with ease, very quick to solve the problems!
