Mike and Brian from the Skystra team were so super helpful!! I was freaking out because my email was so up and down at my old web hosting and the Skystra team transferred all of the emails over and got it working so fast. WOW! And my blog is faster too!

At Skystra, James and Mike provided me with really good customer service. They really solved my problem and made my website fast. Superb service!

They saved my website two times.

Once when it was infected with malware at my old hosting company who was trying to charge me over $500 to fix it!! Skystra migrated the site and solved the problem.

Then another time for a different blog they were able to figure out which plugins were causing me troubles and lags so then I was able to make it go way faster.

These guys and gals are on the ball and I couldn’t be happier with their service and phenomenal support!!!

I was having ongoing problems at Hostgator that left my business without working email for over a week and I was losing money by the second. Skystra reached out on Twitter and I took a chance because I needed my emails up and running, couldn't afford to lose any more clients! WOW, what a good decision. They migrated me in like an hour and my emails were back online, their team was super communicative during the whole process which was appreciated. If you're looking for a managed WordPress host, look no further!
They use a variety of cloud providers on the back-end to get amazing load times (without us customers having to worry about the complexity, security, and variable pricing if we were to do it ourselves).
They also include LiteSpeed caching among other useful plugins, have a great support team, and competitive pricing.

They contacted us via twitter, which was unusual and initially made us suspicious. But after a little background research and chatting with them they seem to be legit. So far the support and communication has been excellent.

I was at Wordpress.com and looking at a renewal of over $300 dollars..then i found out I can host WordPress elsewhere, Skystra moved my site for me and transferred my domain, it's a way better price which means i can keep my blog online

I was having a nightmare with my last host.

Email down for days at a time, forwarders to Microsoft blacklisted, sites constantly timing out, and slow service.

After waiting 3 days to get a response to my support ticket I took to Twitter to hurry my ticket along.

A Skystra representative tweeted me and that night I started to migrate 30 sites with various email configurations.

I had been searching for weeks for a new host but I never found a balance of price, performance, SSL, and onboarding.

6 months later I am delighted with my package, all sites have never worked as fast even sites with multiple WooCommerse products.

The position I was in prior to Skystra was very stressful and I cannot thank them enough for their diligence, efficiency, and care in transitioning to their service.

My old host really threw me under the bus too many times and I had it after 10 years of loyalty. Switched to Skystra to test things out , they rock. Moved my 10 websites over shortly after to consolidate things, transferred my domains too I figured why not. Never had a problem and these guys are always on the top of their game, keep up the good work.
