Slater and Gordon were and are the best people to handle mine or anyone’s DVA claims. Brian Briggs, Hilary Briggs and Tiiva Gampe and Charlie McClelland were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly always when dealing with them. They gave me all the information I needed to know and helped me through every process and appointments I needed. I am so happy with the outcome of my Gold Card and Compensation payment. I will be forever grateful for the results they have achieved for me. This is life changing, it will make my life so much easier. I rang to talk to a lawyer at Slater and Gordon. The receptionist asked me what had happened to me. I said this was an extremely personal matter and I needed to talk to a lawyer her reply was 'I can tnot put you through to anyone until you tell me what was the medical injury you have suffered. I am devastated at what was done to me by a so called professional medical doctor. I can certainly to discuss something like this with the receptionist of a legal firm

Slater and Gordon Military Compensation team is outstanding. I recommend Teegan and her legal assistants to any serving or ex serving member. The team consistently gave me updates on my claims, instructed me clearly and precisely on what they needed, walked me through everything and reassured me during the periods where I was waiting for DVA. They are extremely kind and thoughtful of you. I was absolutely over the moon when I finally received my decision on my PI claim. Without the work they put in over the years this outcome would never have happened. I couldn't recommend anyone else. Please reach out to them for any concerns regarding military compensation. It was the best decision I ever did.

Initially I left a negative review of this firm based on the fact that their communication with me was pretty much non-existent, and that was very frustrating. Since then they have contacted me, and at this time it seems like a positive outcome may be imminent. I will reserve my final review for when everything is finalised but for now it is looking pretty good.

Every time i call i got told my lawyer will call me back but i never hear from them. DONT USE THESE people - no customer service and no hope of getting anything

You couldn't make a better decision than having Teegan from the team at Slater and Gordon handle your military claim. The reality of not choosing her means you'll have to navigate the process with an advocate, which brings uncertainty regarding timelines, the risk of claims getting lost in the complexities of DVA, and the possibility that you won’t receive the compensation you truly deserve.

Choosing Teegan was the complete opposite; she treated my claim as if it were her own. I received timely updates throughout the process, and having a real expert in the field meant I was fully aware of everything I was entitled to.
