Shocking Service
I paid for next day delivery, item should have arrived Tuesday, did not arrive until Thursday ad that was to late for what I needed the suit for.
Then when the item was delivered, it was at the wrong house, not even the same row of houses, in someones bin!!
When I phoned to say that I had not received the item I was told it was my fault as I had said leave in a safe place ( which was my porch). The problem was the items were not delivered to the correct address so defiantly not in the safe place.
I will not be using your service again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I am so sorry that your order failed to be delivered correctly by DPD, and instead was left in a bin at the incorrect address.
This is clearly not the level of service we expect, and I appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as the suit did not arrive on time.
The delivery issue was raised directly with DPD and I have been informed that the driver has been spoken to.
I can confirm that we have now received your return and your refund has now been processed.
Please accept my most sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
