NOT ONLY THEY BAIT & SWITCH ON THE PRODUCT A FEW WEEKS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR BUT THEY ALSO LIED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE THEN GHOSTED ME AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM AFTERWARD. I CONTACTED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK.

Free Gift Card Scam
The mattress showed up as promised, which is why I gave them two stars. The free $200 gift card that I was entitled to as part of my purchase, did not. I went through all the steps and received email confirmation but once the 100 day mark hit for them to email the gift card, they ghosted me. Don’t buy here unless the price is better than a local store. Do not count the “free” gift card into your deal price. It’s a scam. They make you jump through ridiculous hoops and then it does not show up. Buyer beware.

I'm not sure what kind of company this is but I will never purchase from them again. I ordered my chair on Jan 7th and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. I have called (never get anyone to answer), emailed (they replied once, saying 10 day), I have used the Chat feature (it said it was getting an agent to assist and it's been 18 minutes and no one ever came on). I requested to cancel my order, as this doesn't seem to be company I want to do business with and of course it says you can't cancel after 72 hours...but when they say to wait 10 days for delivery and they don't come through as promised...you've exceeded the 72 hours.
I will be filing a complaint with my States Attorney Office, to ensure they can't hold other unsuspecting consumers hostage, by design. I hope everyone who has a similar experience does the same. As well as the BBB. This is unacceptable.

If I could give minus five stars I would. I ordered my mattress on January 2nd, expecting it to arrive between January 3-5. It is now January 19th and I still don’t have it. Sleep Galleria cannot give me a delivery date nor can they tell me why it has been delayed. They will not allow me to cancel my order or refund me my money. I will never shop with this company again.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. Ordered recliner August 29, was to be delivered by second week of October, after many calls was delivered November 15. Looked good (note free delivery does NOT include set up). Recliner looked fine no rips, signed for it, never got a copy of receipt (my fault for not demanding a copy), set chair up. Sat in the chair and it was unbalanced. Crawled under chair and platform was cracked all the way through. Immediately, within an hour of receiving delivery, called Sleep Galleria. They refused to talk to me and told me to file a claim with customer service on line. Did that. Also sent many emails. NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL BACK OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAILS OR CALLS. It’s January 18, and still nothing except they sent me a base. Now I have a broken chair and a base — no usable chair. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY

Buy from anyone else. I purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress from them, and it never came despite their product page stating a 1 week delivery. After tons of emails, chats, and calls that were never answered, they finally got back to me and offered an "upgrade" to a cheaper mattress because they stated they no longer sell S&F. What the heck? Negotiated up to a much more expensive mattress, which again took about a month to arrive.
Decided to use my free points with them to purchase a few pillows, which again had 1 week estimates for delivery. 4 months later I haven't seen any pillows!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not keep their promises, they will not honor their 90 day sleep guarantee, they say they're in Chapter 11.
The owner sold us a bed and assured us multiple times that if we didn't like the mattress, even though we were shipping it to FL, that he would be able to help us. We have been trying to get our mattress exchanged since July and they keep giving us the runaround. Now they're telling us they're in Chapter 11.
Additionally, they deleted my one star review on their website. That's why they have such a high rating.

I placed an order Saturday online requested later that night to have the order canceled and heard nothing until Monday and was told that it has to go to an escalation team that customer care can’t cancel a pending order. Seems like scam to me be very careful buying with this company hopefully my cancellation will come through asap and I am not charged for an order I tried to cancel within their 72 window of cancellation

Purchased Beautyrest Black K firm plush…
Purchased Beautyrest Black K firm plush expecting a firm supportive mattress that would last a while. Tested the firm in three different stores. NO ONE said I should expect a break-in of the mattress and figured since I was paying over $7K that it should be worth the money. Less than sixty days in, I am ready to take the thing to the dump. Normal sleep position now is like wallowing in quicksand, so in order to get a decent nights sleep, I curl up in the top half of the bed or extend my feet over the end. I don’t expect that to last as I continue to break the thing in, unfortunately. No help from Sleep Galleria at all.

We've been given the run around and told they've changed their address and it'll come...it's absolute fraud and they will not follow through on their promotions. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
Bought a massage chair February 2022…
Bought a Massage chair on February 2022 and it's broke 3 times since then and their extended warranty company is called Guardsmen and its a complete fraud! They never answer their phones when trying to service my very expensive massage chair!!! Just gave up and I had to pay for the labor myself to get it repaired. Received zero support from Sleep Galeria when I explained to them my complaints, they said call Guardsmen. They're only interested in taking your money!! Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!! One of the worst purchases I've ever made!!

I purchased a chair through this company. Have a very simple problem. Air not getting into one of the arms. This company has given me the run around. Don’t respond to emails. The owner has allegedly filed bankruptcy and still selling items. Not paying the manufacture and I am stuck in the middle without getting any help to resolve my problem. ABSOLUTELY Avoid this company.
terrible experience
They delivered a Svago Newton chair (later than expected) that was not set up as claimed "white glove delivery & set up". Luckily that part of it was "Free" as part of the discount because it didn't happen. Once we set it up, it didn't work. There was a mechanical malfunction in the head rest and the heat function did not work. Also, the massage function does not reach lumbar region. When I asked them to pick it back up they said they had to schedule a tech to come out. Customer service at Sleep Galleria was not transparent. When you do get ahold of them the connection is horrible. No one has called me back. I wrote a complaint on their website that did not show up. So it looks like they have their site set up to only record good reviews not honest reviews and there is no place to leave a "Google" review.
This company is dishonest. They have no business running their business online. Anyhow, I called Svago to explain my situation to try and get some answers there, because Sleep Galleria said that they had to submit my claim with Svago directly and Svago told me they could not get involved because Sleep Galleria had their own return policy (that so far they are not honoring even though three different salesmen from Sleep Galleria told me that if I did not like the chair for any reason that I could return it easily) So, in my experience never again Sleep Galleria and Svago. So now I have this malfunctioning $4000 chair that I just want to return for many reasons and no one is getting back to me. OK. They just responded and even though on the first page of their site it says "Free Shipping and Free Returns", and i was told personally on the phone that by whomever answered their customer service line that said if I didn't like the chair for any reason that I could return it, that my product was not returnable. After 5 calls today...Terrible company... Now it's October 31, they said they'd exchange (not refund) the malfunctioning chair for one that worked and now its October 31rst and no working chair. I wish i had seen this thread before financing this stupid chair from this awful business. New update Nov. 17th. I received a bankruptcy notice from sleep galleria

Never Receieved the recliner chair
Never Receieved the recliner chair. Order was placed on 9/14/23--credit card was charged $561.48. After multiple cards to customer service, i never received contact from the department which was supposed to authorize the refund. This company is a true scam. In addition i received an email from BuySafe, one day before the deadline to file a claim. I immediately filed a claim for the merchandise never received. I disputed the charge with my Visa card and am waiting on a response. Please do not order from this company...it is not reputable. The idea seems to never receive your merchandise and have customers wait beyond the 60 day return policy to void ever getting satisfaction. Such a sad and disappointing experience.
Scam, credit card dispute
Online order. False delivery dates, many back and forth phone calls and emails from me that weren't answered. After more than 2 months of waiting for a chair that was supposed to only take 3 to 4 weeks I asked for my money back. After two more weeks of getting the runaround and not getting my money back I disputed it with my credit card and finally got my money back through BoA. The customer service seemed nice, but the outcome was horrible and they wouldn't give me my money back on an order that was never even shipped.

it's my second order from this company. First came on a second day. This is why i decided to buy again, But my order (from 7th of September) still not delivered. Constantly talking to customer service asking for refund. They don't even lie when i will have my mattress, they just telling me sorry...looks like scum.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a mattress from them. Supposed to take 10-14 days. I never got any updates and the mattress never showed up. I started reaching out to them and every time I did it was one excuse after another. I probably talked to a dozen different people and they always tried to push me off on someone who wasn’t even there. Going on 30 days I just started calling everyday twice a day until a salesman told me “look I’m going to be honest, your mattress isn’t coming anytime soon.” He wanted to give me a special “upgrade” on a different mattress. I said no and that I wanted a refund. They said it would take 5 days to process the refund. Well guess what? It’s been 5 days and my $3k still hasn’t made its way back to me. I pretty much just loaned them a bunch of money and got no interest for it.
