Horrible company! They still haven't gave our money to us that we have called over 7 times for on a refund cancelation. Katie at the hoover branch store customer service representative manager and her worker Emily were horrible they did not do anything that they said they would. No follow up and lastly the company loves to sale one buy can't follow through....

Placed an order. Never got a status. Was told to wait 7 to 10 business for a status. Never got one. Cancelled order. Sloppy communication is not the way to gain repeat buyers.

I chose SG because they had the best delivery date compared to all the other companies I looked at. Turned out to be a total lie. It's the old bait and switch. They say the bed will be delivered by a certain date but it's absolutely false.

Then you'll call their customer service and they will say something like this, "Gee, I'm so sorry but there was a cyber attack and all the manufacturing and delivery dates are now delayed. Maybe the mattress will be delivered in a month or maybe it won't. I just don't know. Legally, I'm not allowed to tell you when the mattress will be delivered." What???

It's total BS. Very scammy company. The president of Sleep Galleria should be ashamed of himself. I really regret not checking the reviews on this company before I ordered. Who runs a business like this?

There website guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I even called the company to make sure. Long story short, the delivery never came and when I called, I was told the item was on backorder for two months.
I explained before purchasing that I needed this by a certain date because I was flying from Florida to New York for this bed to setup for my son.
They did not care enough to let me know I was not going to receive my order. They didn't bother to notify me. Now I flew to New York, used my vacation time up and can not come back and my son will be sleeping on the floor.

We view several sites for a mattress, we chose Sleep Galleria because it showed that the mattress we chose would be delivered, NOT shipped but delivered between August 16-21st. We placed this order August 12th. We have family coming in next week and this was important. It is now August 23rd and per their email, it won't be shipped until next week.

The customer service was through the roof. To go out of the way and help me through my purchase. Sold me. Thank you!

I wanted to replace my 2011 Human Touch chair. I needed advice on the best option for me. Phil at Sleep Galleria was extremely helpful and made my purchase painless. I will buy from Sleep Galleria again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I cancelled my mattress order before it was shipped. They said it was no problem. That was on July 11. It is July 31 and they still have not credited my Visa. They are holding my $988.23 and every time I call they keep telling me it will reach by Visa soon. They are crooks. I need that credit. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission tomorrow and also submit a claim with my Visa.

I put a large order (#18956) into #sleepgalleria , but they had no stock of that item, so I asked for a refund. Fast forward 6 weeks later, several emails, multiple calls, and many attempts at their chat option and I still cannot get a refund. I get no reply to email or chat and I stay on hold until their system kicks me off the phone. #SCAM!!

Answered all questions made things really easy

He was easy to talk to and when he found out I was still looking around and test driving mattresses. He didn't try to force me into one that he knows is one of the best and tried to sell me right off the bat he told me to go test them and call him up when we knew which one we wanted. That went a long way with my wife as well

My order was promised to be received within 14 days. I got an e mail that the shipping is being prepared and will be shipped within 6 days. So far 17 days later no mattress, phone call or e mail. Do not use this company for any purchase

Avoid this greasy operation at all costs. Your mattress will be late, you’ll be lied to by customer service and their “escalation specialist” who will keep telling you how lucky you are to be contacted on his day off for him to be the arbiter of whether or not you can be allowed to cancel your order. Just a gross deceitful experience all around.

Awful company. Its a scam - don't purchase anything from here. I ordered a mattress for my child and was told it should arrive in 2 weeks. Its still showing as in process.... I've tried calling and emailing and they are not responding. Yet I'm getting spammed via email and text with sales offers and they even asked for a review!!!! Well, here it is. You are awful

Phil was very helpful in trying to find a chair that would suit our need, unfortunately no one makes one however we did find one that will take care of the massaging my friend needs due to parkinson disease, and we are looking forward to it's arrival.

DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP GALLERIA!! They are no longer answering calls, or responding to email. My calls get dropped after a 10 minute wait each time. I finally got someone on the live chat and as soon as I gave them my order number I was ghosted.
I purchased a couch 4 months ago. Still no couch and no one to follow up
with. They are super friendly in the beginning but now ….nothing.
They may be going out of business.
I’m contacting my credit card and the BBB. I think I got scammed.

Consistent with other reviews, our experience was not good. Ordered a very expensive chair and paid the full price (over $5,000) with a message that it would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. After a month we had not heard anything. I have tried to contact this company for the past week with no luck. Waiting on hold on the phone for hours. No response to emails. Their marketing and web presence makes them look legit, but I think the whole this is a scam. I have contacted the company to cancel my order and now will reject the charge as on my credit card and report them to the BBB.

Great sales and customer service. Felt very comfortable speaking to them. They’re were able to help me with online financing questions easily

A sales agent, Phil, made my experience wonderful. Phil took the time to explain all to me and made all options very clear. I called the agent back today and purchased my swivel ZGC.

The customer service rep, Phil, was a wealth of information and addressed all of my concerns.
