This is a great bed for the need of the electric capabilities, it's comfort and surprisingly good design makes me a happy customer.

You simply cannot ignore the Incredible value of the Sleep Kings range when compared to other electric beds by humongous difference.

Not only do my mother and step father appreciate the product after a year. but also myself after just recently purchasing this product which I assembled myself.

I sent for 2 pillows never knew anything so uncomfortable, they am really hard give us a bad neck, I always buy dunlopillow because they have gone so expensive I thought I would try these, looks like going back to my old ones.

Delivery was in the time slot and updates provided throughout the day on specific ETA. Product was as expected.

Bed not very nice reply so don’t deal with this company because you will not be able to return it very nice when you are buying but after not so nicer

I think the assistance I received throughout the whole process was first class ( I can’t remember the lady’s name ) but she was a credit to the company,However things went wrong regarding delivery.I paid £80 for assembly and they were here all of 10 mins,They put the bed base down,laid slats on,Plugged in,Mattress on and left.They never had the screws for the head board so using the bed without it said they will come back when they get the screws,Could be 4/5 days so not great service.

Great bed, price, service and delivery. Extremely happy with the bed, after looking for something suitable for a while, it was great to come across a company who sold the electric bed with the divan, mattress and headboard included in the price. It was only 4 days between ordering and it being delivered and set up. Having the option to have the old bed frame and mattress removed made everything stress free.

Best bed I've bought in years the, mattress is so comfortable I'm getting the best night's sleep and it's also helping with my asthma and arthritis. The best investment I have made. And the delivery was spot on well informed on the day of delivery the two delivery team guys pamma and paras were polite and friendly assembled the bed and took away all the packaging first class service from sleepkings

My father had to go into a care home at short notice . This company went to great lengths. to ensure the bed arrived on time. Excellent communication. The bed is good quality

Easy to deal with and a good product delivered within a week, would thoroughly recommend.

The bed was delivered and put together by some guys who didn’t really know what they were doing. They had to call someone and be talked through it. Just as they left we got mum on the bed to test it out. She pressed the button to raise her head and there was an almighty crack and the bed collapsed. The motor was held on the frame with a flimsy bit of plastic. I called and left a message and an email with customer services and got a call and a WhatsApp after a while. I complained and was asked to send pictures which I did. I heard nothing ever again despite emails and messages to sleep kings on WhatsApp. The customer service was appalling! The bed (£800) was terrible quality and the fact that they didn’t care about my frail 77 year old mother and the shock the bed collapsing caused was worst of all
