No problems with this order the mattresses are very comfy, they were a great price and delivered on time the lads that delivered them were very helpful and friendly.

If you decide that you wish to cancel item. You can but the extensive cost and return are down to you. However you can't return the mattress.

Sleepkings we're incredibly helpful…
Sleepkings we're incredibly helpful especially as I booked the bed on New Year's Eve. Questions were answered quickly on the chat and were very reassuring. We booked assembly too so my elderly mum would have nothing to worry about. The delivery and installation men were excellent and cleared away all the packaging too. I would definitely order again.

I got a electric bed for my mum as she is elderly and found it difficult on a normal bed we went for the memory foam mattress my mum didn’t like the mattress she gets stuck in the middle of it and finds it hard h getting up she needs my dads help as it sinks into the bed I told the company sleepking s this they said as the mattress was opened there’s no refund or exchange it’s either we sell it privately and buy a new one the bed is fine but I wouldn’t recommend the memory foam mattress and the company would want a lot of money for it to be returned so we kept it instead because if the big charge but u can only return it it’s unopened

We completely understand how important it is for an elderly person to be able to move and get up comfortably, and memory foam unfortunately isn’t always the right choice for everyone, as it can feel softer and more enveloping than expected.
As explained by our team, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once opened due to hygiene regulations, which is why this policy applies. Any return costs are also outlined in our terms and conditions, though we appreciate that this can feel frustrating in situations like this.
Your feedback is valuable and will be shared internally, as it helps us better advise customers in the future, especially when buying for elderly relatives. Thank you again for raising your concerns.

Half The Price of some firms for the same thing
After looking around for a King-size Dual Adjustable Bed and looking like a second mortgage may be needed, I came across an advert on Gumtree that lead to SleepKings. I thought it was a con to start with as they were asking less than half the price that some (most) other firms were asking. I decided to give them a call at 1500hrs on a Friday a week and a half before Xmas. I was stunned, it was not a con and turned out even less with the VAT deduction for being disabled. When she said they were busy in the run-up to Xmas I was expecting delivery around the middle of Jan 2026. Andrea asked if we would be happy with delivery towards the following Friday...….what a star.
It came Wednesday lunch time - 5 days at this time of year - unheard of in the Furniture sales world. The 2 man team turned up when they said they would, were extremely professional putting it together and made sure I was happy with everything before they left with all the rubbish. I cannot praise and recommend SleepKings enough, from the get go they were possibly the most helpful sales team I have had the pleasure of dealing with for any type of furniture. I am normally dubious about buying large items on the web as I would rather try them in person, but this Company and Andrea have set new rules for me.
If you are looking for Adjustable Beds get in touch with these people you will not be disappointed.
P.S. I went from about 10 years getting 2 hours sleep a night to first night getting 6 hours. What a change and experience.

the boys kept me informed and they arrived at 7.20p.m.although the delivery slot was between 3 and 6p.m. they worked hard to make sure the bed was up and working before they left. thank you boys
