Hi! So far I'm on D1 and I'm liking it but man is it hard to get use too
I'm a mouth breather and been so congested so it's been tough. Sometimes it will fall out and I'll have to find it in the bed and put it back in!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I requested a refund since I ordered this over a month ago and have not even received tracking info. Was told they were “restocking” due to high demand and offered a 10 percent refund but no ship date. The only way to get a refund is to dispute the charge with my bank. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Don’t buy this!!!

I saw that too many people talking about sleepobrace and the change it brought to their dental alignment. I checked out to buy the three stages but I couldn't cause it say shopping is currently unavailable

This is an amazing solution and I can understand it's not for everyone since we are all different however, it's been a blessing for me! 100% honest review here. It was shipped quickly and when I thought the lower half wasn't tight enough they immediately sent out a replacement! I think earlier they were not expecting so many orders or something because I hesitated when I saw shipping times but that seems to have been corrected

So the reality is that you are able to get this product significantly cheaper on Alibaba, because it ships from China. They simply have had the money to get the Chinese product with their own label. You can literally get ten of the D1, D2, and D3 sets for $10. When I found out this came and was shipped from China, and that their refund policy guarantee is based on sending the product back after, and must be received within thirty days (which, it is China, and is not a reasonable expectation), I asked them for a refund which they refused. This is the first warning. If they do give the refund, I'm willing to reconsider this review but unless this is the case, save your money and order them on Alibaba. Look up D1, D2, D3 teeth straightener. You will find it. Cheers.

P.S. They are telling many people that they have issued refunds, but there is no proof that this is the case, except to console readers here. Prove me wrong.

I have found sleep o brace ok. I had braces in my teens but my irresponsible retainer use caused my front tooth to protrude slightly which I wanted fixed. It looks like they are working. The worst part is trying to breathe through my nose, I'm regularly congested. If this could be fixed they would be perfect. I even considered cutting off the bottom half. My teeth would have a better chance to straighten out if j could keep it in longer.

WARNING: If it does not deliver to the appropriate home, SleepObrace will not try and rectify the situation by a refund or replacement. So you’ll be out money and have no product in hand. When you reach out to SleepObrace to inform them of this, only thing they will say is, “based on the information provided by USPS tracking, your order was successfully delivered.” No desire to try and help their customer find a remedy or solution. Just points the finger at USPS and doesn’t care that you wasted your money. Horrible customer service. BE WARNED before you purchase. Also, seems like they deleted my negative review from their Instagram. Heaven forbid their page has an honest review from someone about their experience.

My bite looks a lot more normal now! I've only been using the braces for about 3 months. Love it!

It's been working for me,I'm on stage 1 and I've noticed a positive difference on my teeth.im happy with this product 😀

I was skeptical but my top teeth I had my front tooth stick out a little which has only happened in recent years same for bottom although one of them is on the way to being pushed sidewards . In approx just over a month it has almost straightened top tooth & pushing out a little of the bottom teeth. So I will persist. Yes you do drool at first it is uncomfortable to start with but I have persisted & got results.I’m hopi g it will continue.

I don't recommend you buy it if you have a misaligned canal, it didn't work to help you recover your problem. I got pain in ear canal after I wear it for 2 weeks, and I can not open my mouth as regular as a way.

I ordered more than a month ago. Sent several emails and messages but never got any reply. Very dissapointing. I should check review about sleepobrace before I ordered :(

Cheaply made. Different logo on product (from Alibaba). Way too small for adults.

If you‘re the original one, then why is there a different logo on your product?😅 I did request a refund/return via email but never got a reply from you!

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. I haven’t received tracking information or anything. I’ve emailed and messaged the company thru PayPal… nothing🤬 .Customer care is horrible and no had information on my product and won’t reply to issue refund!!! I will be disputing the charges!

I purchased a product in Nov. 2021 and was told delivery would take 1-2 months, I was fine with that, but after 2 months there was no sign of my package, I constantly tried to reach someone and they would take weeks to respond, basically telling me it was held up. I was being understanding and waiting patiently, by July 2022 I was very upset I still hadnt received my package and this time their responce was different, they were dismissive and treating it with a not my problem attitude.
In the end no one took responsability for the lost package, they refused to refund me and to this day Feb. 21 2023 I still havent received the package.
Never buying anything from them again and I recommend you don't either.

I highly recommend the Sleepobrace to anyone experiencing sleep related issues, snoring or jaw tension. It's a life changing that also improves your smile. 5/5

I received the package and on examination they were too bulky. When you put the braces in it's a huge piece of rubber and you have to hold it in place with your tongue or keep your mouth clamped together. This won't work unless you keep them in for prolonged periods of time and this is literally impossible to do. I tried them overnight but within a few seconds I was drooling and if you fall asleep and your mouth naturally parts it becomes loose and doesn't actually do anything to help straighten your teeth. I’ve had a retainer before which sits over your teeth and stays in place until you are ready to remove them, these just don't do that. They only seem like they are meant for the top teeth not both.
I have emailed this company at least four times to ask for a refund or partial refund seeing as I've opened one out of three but I haven't had any response. Poor service and poor product. I would not recommend to anyone.
To add to this review I am now nearly a year on and after many many requests for a refund or partial refund they have never come forward with anything or bothered to reply to any emails. Please don’t fall for this. This company is beyond useless!! Where is the 3 month refund if not happy, they just don’t want to give any money back so the reply was just to seem like they are replying but after that it stops. False advertising!
