Smile perfect has always been timely and kept me updated throughout my aligner journey. I am very satisfied with everything they have done for me!

So far the process has been smooth. The impression kit arrived quickly, and the 3D treatment plan was easy to review and approve. Communication has been responsive up to this point. Looking forward to starting treatment and seeing the final results.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical and the product did take some time to be processed and shipped but I received it today. Appears to be quality made and professionally done. Now to see what the results are. They are very nice people to work with. So far so good

After much consideration, I pulled the trigger and ordered aligners from Smile Perfect. I received the impression kit within a few days. The directions were easy to follow and there's even extra putty in case you mess up The team was quick to reach out with a 3D rendition of my teeth as they go through each phase of aligners. My aligners should arrive in 10-14 days and I'm so excited to get started. Based on my experiences thus far, I would highly recommend Smile Perfect if you're considering clear aligners

Fab service, I find Mike to be so polite and helpful and didn’t take him 5 minutes to respond via email to arrange for a couple of replacement aligners (my dog chewed up!)

I had a great experience with Fast Track Retainers. The team provided quick responses to all my questions and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Everything I needed was included, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

My aligners have greatly improved the positioning of my teeth. I am awaiting a slight adjustment but am overall very happy with the effectiveness of the aligners.

I purchased the nightly retainer package, when I ordered the impression kit came really fast in the mail nicely packaged with easy instructions. I mailed my impression by and they contacted me via email to approve my new smile. Once I approved, they started making my retainers. When I had any questions, I emailed them and they responded very fast. I’m looking forward to my new smell so far the customer service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend smile perfect for your new smile!

I’ve been a customer of Smile Perfect since November 2025. I began my treatment in December and have been very happy with my journey so far. I have completed my trays for my bottom teeth and needed additional refinement which they supplied free of charge. I am about halfway done with my top teeth trays and the movement they have already made in just 5 months is amazing. I am already so happy with my smile and I still have a few months left to go! Customer service is always amazing and they respond quickly and with care. If you’re deciding whether or not to do it - go for it! You will be happy you did.
