Hi Joyce, I am so sorry to hear this! Your order was marked as delivered by Evri on the 3rd of November and they have left a picture of proof of delivery to show where your parcel was left. I have emailed you a copy of this now to look over and we can make sure to get this resolved for you! Many thanks, Karris x

Thanks a million David - we really appreciate your feedback! Another customer has mentioned they would like this too, and we are definitely keen to make this amend as soon as we can. Our intention is to raise the buttons by 1mm more. Generally speaking, with only 3 buttons, you do quite quickly feel your way in the dark with it - but we agree this would be a nice improvement. Thanks again! We are just delighted you're happy :) ☁️ The Dream Team @ SleepyDeepy

Thanks so much for taking the time to review SleepyDeepy - The Deep Sleep Store :)

We are over the moon to heat that you love DreamPod as much as we do. I keep my DreamPod on all night too - that way, when I have a 'wake event' I can fall back asleep in literal seconds or minutes. Before DreamPod, I would wake up, thoughts would start racing, and then getting back to sleep became more of a nightmare!

So, same-same - DreamPod for the win :)

Thanks again - The DreamTeam @ SleepyDeepy x

Thanks Annaly! Although annoying for you - have you tried simply re-drying your mouth area, gently wiping dry the tape and just re-applying? Reason I say this is that actually, the water/moisture won't affect the adhesion so badly that it can't be re-applied. i.e if the tape is dry (even after being wet) then you *should* get a second re-adhesion of it. We know this as some customers have said they use one tape for 2 nights in a row.

If you expel a lot of moisture during the night (vapour from your breath and/or drooling, then it's easy to see why DreamTape has been so amazing for you. Trapping all that moisture in your mouth - you must have been waking previously with Dry Mouth a lot.

Hope this quick tip aids you in getting a quick -middle-of-the-night solution! Obviously you could just open another tape; but I believe a quick drying of both areas and the tape will go back on :)

Thanks for letting us know how you are getting on, we are very happy you are no longer a walking zombie :) Team SleepyDeepy x
